Perfect for parks and streets, this Phase Two scooter features a traditional BMX style 3-piece fork made of 4130 Cro-Moly with threadless HIC steered, Oversized (HIC compatible) bars Made of 4130 Cro-Moly for durability and performance, riser Y-bar design with 3 degrees of back sweep and pro style soft grips, 5" wide extruded aluminum Phase Two 'X' deck designed by John Radtke and new Hydro-formed down tube design (with larger footprint for stronger bond). Tires and wheels features high pressure (80 psi) tires and tube with a custom designed tread pattern with aggressive knobs for traction in the dirt and a center rib for smooth rolling on paved surfaces. Wheels feature 2 piece, split-core hub design for easy tire and tube maintenance - 10mm high grade steel axles. The unique interchangeable cartridge brake system allows for easy rear wheel assembly and switching of brake styles without changing or modifying the deck. Other features I added include 3 degrees of back-sweep on the bars that is not too wide and not too skinny. This is the beginning of a whole new sport and a new look for Razor. Recommended for ages 10 and older and will support riders up to 220 pounds. Some assembly required.

Well Built
Very well built. I can see it lasting for years and hold way more than the 220 pound limit. The tires are fine. I bought this particular scooter because so many of the others had reports of plastic parts that broke. The only plastic on here is the rear fenders which serves as a friction brake. I hadn't ridden a scooter in years but was able to hop on this with no problem. Nice solid platform and I really like the wider handle bars. Only thing I would have liked to see is adjustable height on the handle bars. Worth the money. The neighborhood kids think I'm cool.

Flat Tires, but great scooter
As I read in other reviews, ours came with pinched tubes, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. I contacted Razor and they sent out replacement tubes at no cost, but it tooks several days to receive. Luckily we are able to perform the replacement and have had zero problems since. If you are not mechanical enough, you will need to find a bike shop to switch out the tubes, consequently costing you extra. My son is rough with scooters, and so far (1 month) the scooter has been great and he is very happy. I would highly recommend the scooter and hopefully Razor is listening and addresses their manufacturing assembly deficiency.

Bad tire problem
This is a real nice dirt scooter, strong and durable I think. It came with the front tube pinched between the hubs and would not hold air, tried patching it, no luck, tried slime, no luck, Finally had to just order a replacement tube and I am hoping it will not pinch as My son has not even had the chance to ride his Christmas present yet. If you order this, do your self a favor and buy some replacement tubes as well.

Well Built
I love this scooter it has allowed me to ride dirt jumps which is tons of fun! Although it is tough to get speed for some jumps so I wanted to upgrade the bearings, however the wheel bearings are impossible to get out. I tried the hammer and Allen wrench method and was ruining the inside of the rim. I ordered scooter bearings off of amazon but realized these bearings are a different size than regular scooter wheels.Can any one answer my question of how to change the bearings and what size the bearings are? Thank you!

The scooter that I have been looking for my whole life!
I bought it for myself. I am 5'1 short and the height of the bars are perfect for me. The handling is very stable compared to my old adult kick scooter. I am enjoying it. Very smooth and quiet ride! I bought it because I like to start learning tricks at the same time, use it for my daily commute to work. I use it in the rain which is way safer than the adult scooters with PU wheels. The scooter is so handsome but the paint chips off easily because of its matte finish. And because I use it in the rain, the rear fender is not long enough to protect my legs from the water splashes. And when I bought this, the price was USD255.55 but when I checked it today, the price went down to around USD170. How could you do this to me?!!?! :(Anyway, It's all worth it. Must buy!

Awesome scooter
Both me and my best friend got these for christmas and we love them.Bars: the bars are a great width and a bit tall, but its helpful having tall bars on dirt. The grips are uncomfortable so I changed out mine for some odi softies.Clamp: looks cool and gets the job done well.Headset: nice, smooth, and fast, I like it.Wheels: a good amount of pressure and strong cool looking hubs. My frieds came with a popped tube but with one call to razor they sent a full new complete wheel to him for free! The bearings are quiet and smooth, but not very fast, I may change them.Deck: perfect dimensions, not to heavy, and the grip tape is nice and grippy.Brake: rattles some, but works well, if flex brakes come out ill replace it though.All in all, it looks sweet, performs well, and is pretty dialed right out of the box!

Tires failed after riding 2X
Bought 2 for hubby & son for Xmas....they love them, but after waiting for decent weather for them to ride (we live in NE....need at least 40° without a lot of wind) each had a front tire flat and had to order new ones at $35 a pop (ordered tubeless). I'm sure the back tires will also fail if the others are any indication. So be prepared!

Great dirt scooter!
My kid loves this dirt scooter! I ordered this scooter for my kid about two months ago (for there birthday) and was scared from all the reviews that say that there scoot came with a popped inner tube so just to be save I ordered a replacement one with it. But when I came in the mail and my kid opened it it was just as they carrier described it. Nothing was wrong with it all we needed to do was fill the tires up with some air and it was ready to hit the trail! My kid loves this scooter and I'm very happy with my purchase and it seems that I won't have to be buying a new one any time soon cause it is very strong and can stand a beating(even from an adult). Very worth the money and has fast and free shipping!

Kick Ass!
It is a great scooter and I totally recommend buying it fi you're looking for a dirt scooter. It has a little bit of play in the front handle bar but that is something you just have to work on. I haven't had any other problems. It is a great scooter and I 100% recommend buying it.

Je n'ai pas reçu la Phase Two Bleu et noir comme annoncé quand j'ai validé mon panier mais la Razor RDS rouge...A part ça, la trottinette a l'air costaud.Plus qu'à voir ce que ça donne dans le temps.Un impact sur la peinture tout de même...

genau das was ich gesucht habe
ein optisch toller Scooter was meiner Meinung nach am Foto nicht so ersichtlich ist. Aber gekauft habe ich ihn weil mein Sohn schon den vierten Scooter geschrottet hat. Ich bin Maschinenbauer und bin der Meinung dass dieser Scooter meinen Son überlebt. Massiv gebaut, sehr gute Verarbeitung aber das habe ich mir um diesen Preis auch erwartet.

good on uneven pavement and gravel
Son just beginner and has learned to do ramps, catwalks and jumps, good on uneven pavement and gravel, dirt, and grass if packed down well. Great for camping and country living.
