Sounds great, comes with the tuning key easy enough. I like that my grandson can move it around. They are sturdy enough for him to lean on. When we gave it to him he was learning to walk so he kept using them to pull up on. They are small theyre bongos so keep that in mind!

Good nice looking bongos for the price. I am a beginner but they seem to have quality sound from the little that I know.

Very nice set for beginners. The price and style of are what makes this a deal for the aspiring bongo player. Item came a bit used but I found that it was used just enough to be ready for play right out of the package. Just needs little tuning. One minor complaint was the sticker that is shown in the picture came off during shipping so I put it back on and so far it hasn't fell off yet.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. One of the tops tore out easy peasy during tuning. Now looking back I see I'm not the only reviewer to have this problem. Wish I had read that sooner, I was too sucked in by the price of these "tunable bongos" . Fine if you don't tune them, for a toddler toy maybe, but even for a slightly older child, no. Pots and pans might even sound more pleasant.

Nice bongos! Look good and most importantly of all sound good too. Make a nice gift for teenager.
