I bought this for nylon medic bag pouch. However, it had a tough plastic coating on the back making it impossible to sew on by hand. It was not iron-on either. No instructions came with the patch. Colors and size are exactly as stated in the listing.

There isn't too much to be said about how good a patch is- it's more a question of if what you receive is what you see in the picture. Luckily, it is! Very good stitching, though it feels slightly thinner than usual compared to the average patch. This is great if you're sewing by hand, but also means it's slightly less durable, though that's more of a nitpick.Buy it.
