Good quality and effective sunshade. Smart & easy to use. 2m sufficient for 4 seater table.

Cream parasol ideal for hot weather, easy to put together and good size. Crank handle perfect for opening and closing parasol. My only problem is I have to take it out of table to get weather proof cover on it (which I purchased at the same time) but it is a little heavy for a 150cm short person.😂 Could do with providing a tie to go round it so I don’t have to lift it out when not in use. Lovely small parasol though

Strong, well made and tall. The crank handle is definitely necessary because of the height of the parasol. I ordered the cream colour and it contrasts well with my black table and chairs. I was a bit sceptical about ordering a parasol from Amazon, but this one is excellent. Looks more expensive than it is. Recommended.

Well made, sturdy in the vase. Waterproof and water just runs off it well in beads. Protects us well in the garden from the sun. Has held up well so far in the wind. Not too heavy too. Nice colour and we are happy

Great value for money, good quality. Adjustable great for children to stay safe in the sun while drawing, colouring at the garden table and not getting too much sun

Seems to be nicely made and sturdy. Only drawback (for me) is that you cannot lower the actual height of the umbrella. It is a little too high for my liking but the tilt mechanism should sort out most issues with sun getting in the eyes when sitting on a chair.

I first purchased one of these (27/04/20) and was extremely impressed with the quality. I am 60 years old and have purchased many different ones over the years....this was the best!!!The parasol material was a cream colour and very strong canvas material. The crank handle was also been extremely sturdy.It has been in my garden (exposed and with no cover) for nearly 18 months and showed no sign of wear or discoloration.Last Sunday I had inadvertently left the parasol open and was upset to find a gust of wind had got under it, blown it over taking my glass table with it and completely snapping the main pole. No one at fault but myself.So I got straight online and pressed "Buy Again"I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED when it arrive today.NOTING LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONE. It is a lot lighter (in weight), the material of the parasol is much like plastic, it is very yellow in colour and the the crank is quite flimsy.UNFORTUNATELY I cannot return it because I have to use it today, but doubt that I will buy another one when needed🤔😔UPDATE:- I received a call from this company within days of posting my review. They offered to collect BOTH parasols and replace them or refund me in full (even though the breakage of the first one was entirely my fault).The staff could not have been more helpful (Thank you Lucy).As I explained I had to use the second one, but they have assured me that if I am not happy with it I only have to get in touch with them.You can email this company or if you are like me and wish to speak in person, their response time on the phone is immediate.CUSTOMER SERVICE...OUTSTANDING!And because of this I retract my original statement and will DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY again for further purchases😊.
