I've used Rhodia notebooks for many years because of the quality of the paper and how my rollerball pen glides smoothly across the surface. It's a sensation/haptic that's integral now to how I write and sketch as an Engineer.While ordering the usual replacement A5 Rhodia lined notebook I was taken to an Amazon page with (so I thought) the same Rhodia notebook but with dots instead of lines. Since I often do freehand calculations and sketches as well as text I had tried quadrille (square boxes) instead of lines but that didn't work because it felt uncomfortable in some way writing across the boxes. Dots seemed like an interesting compromise so I placed an order.When the notebook arrived I noticed quite quickly from touch that it wasn't Rhodia and it didn't have the Rhodia embossed logo on the front (not that I care about that) so I was disappointed and checked to make sure what I'd ordered had been delivered. I found that I'd fallen for an Amazon trick where, when you search on a brand name you expect to see products from that brand but Amazon stealthily includes other brand or non-brand products and doesn't make it clear.Entirely my fault for placing the order without paying sufficient attention but that's how Amazon succeeds.That said, the paper in the ArtFan notebook feels, writes, and draws no differently from Rhodia paper, the dots are excellent, the very slightly darker but still cream paper colour is preferable to me, the notebook has an extra page marking ribbon, and the pages are numbered.As a result of these differences I prefer the ArtFan notebook to the Rhodia notebooks I am used to using and will switch to ArtFan from now on.

For my first time bullet journal this is perfect! The pages are thick and cover is stylish and smart. I definitely recommend this book to everyone! For such an great price, it's amazing quality and I will order more for friends.

Excellent note book with the perfect amount of pages

Wow...I have spent a lot of money on notebooks over the years for bullet journalling. This is probably the cheapest one I've bought, but it's the best. The paper is amazing quality. It's sturdy, doesn't feel cheap. The paper is much paler than many other notebooks. Dots are evenly spaced, there's index pages, two books marks, the page numbers are off the grid. I was worried about the fact that the notebook was narrower than other notebooks I've got but tbh, aesthetically, it looks much better. I'd recommend this to anyone!

I've just started bullet journalling and this is the perfect book to start of with, the pages are thick enough so pen doesn't leak through and the notebook is study. The cover makes it easy to clean if anything happens and the double bookmark is helpful for marking trackers and diary elements of the journal :)

This is the perfect little journal! The pages are lovely and thick so you don’t get your pens bleeding through. The contents page at the beginning is a nice little extra and allows you to easily find what you’re looking for. It has 2 attached bookmarks which is perfect! It is definitely very sturdy and perfect for many uses. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Used for bullet journaling, due to 160gsm paper no bleed or no ghosting so far. This is my second purchase as first one was so good. Off white paper, sometimes the dots from one page are slightly offline but otherwise brilliant. Good value when compared higher priced named dot bullet journals.

Misura giusta, carta molto spessa perfetta per il journaling in quanto il colore non passa sull'altro lato. Resistente e pratico, lo consiglio.

La pasta súper bonita, suave, me encantó el color negro.Sobre todo el gramaje de las hojas, muy bonitas, un bonito tono color amarillito, muy vintage, que es hermoso.Me encantó el pequeño apartado para guardar cositas, que se encuentra al final del diario.Aparte, es lo mismo que se está anunciando.Aparte llegó antes de lo esperado. 😍🌟

Je l’ai pris pour un bullet journal, et honnêtement je ne suis pas déçue ! J’ai vu quelques commentaires mentionnant l’aspect bleeding ou ghosting du produit, mais après plusieurs essais pour ma part (feutre de calligraphie, fluos stabilos, stylos, coloriage en passant plusieurs fois sur la même couleur avec un feutre) et je n’ai remarqué aucune transparence du tout !!! Pour le prix, je recommande fortement, la qualité des pages est bien présente. A voir sur le long terme quant au collage des pages puisque certaines personnes semblent se plaindre d’une mauvaise qualité à ce niveau là, mais à sa réception les pages sont bien maintenues entre elles.

Für den Preis bin ich sehr erstaunt. Habe schon viele Seiten beschrieben. Die Seiten sind dick und kaum etwas drückt durch. Es kam schonmal vor, dass man Textmarker durch gesehen hat, aber dann auch nicht doll. Andere Stifte sieht man nie durch. Das Inhaltsverzeichnis ist groß genug und schön schlicht gehalten. Viele Seiten und schöne Seitenangaben.Ich hatte mir als Anfänger des Bullet Journaling dieses Buch bestellt, da es nicht teuer ist, aber ich würde jetzt weiterhin dabei bleiben!
