Don't waste your money. The insert barely even resembles teeth. There aren't any definitive lines between each tooth so it looks like a solid plastic piece with slight indentions. It would be better if it were moldable to your mouth,instead of hard plastic. They were also too wide for my mouth.

The molding is ok. The unit in the add isn't the one you get. It appears in the add you can wear them in public. In reality you'd look like you had eaten a plastic bottle.

Nothing what expected, hard plastic with a horrible taste made me sick to my stomach, the only thing I could see these being used for would be Halloween. Also there was no return slip in the package so in the garbage they go.
