Not a cure for Candida/ SIBO but helpful along with caprylic acid/ MCT oil and lactoferrin as well as probiotics and apple cider vinegar.

It can also help if you have candida as it can hoover up many bad strains of bacteria in the gut.I have been in the supplement business for many years. I have used Saccharomyces Boulardii for over 5 years. I became very ill on a trip to Germany. My stomach could not take the water and I had violent/horrific stomach issues. The problem would not stop. I stopped eating, that did not help, as I had to drink water. I tried different types of water, that did not help. I went to a chemist and bought over-the-counter Immodium, but that had absolutely no effect. Nothing would stop it. I then did some research upon natural ways to stop what was happening. My research brought me to research on Saccharomyces boulardii and so I bought some via Amazon.de. Within 24 hours the symptoms eased, within 72 hours the symptoms had gone. It was like a miracle in a bottle.Now in saying all of this, not all SB is exactly the same. I have tested bottles that have 5 Billion SB's in them and they have no effect. I have written very bad reviews for those products. This particular brand works and it works well. I always take this product with me when I travel, as it will help ease an upset stomach very quickly and without all the side effects of Immodium. If you have severe problems, then you may need to take up to 3 tablets, to begin with, and then one or two throughout the day. This regime will usually stop the problem within a few hours or not within a day. It alters the gut flora, so is not an instant fix.This is a great product and one I am happy to recommend.

I've taken a very similar complex to this for a while now and like my regular one this is great for improving gut health and keeping everything ticking over as it should do . If you're not sure if this is right for you or not then do research properly first or consult a professional.If you're already confident about the benefits of a complex like this and know it's the right supplement for you then this is a good strength option and although its recommended to take a minimum of 1 a day up to a max of 3 a day just one a day is enough for me at this strength so they'll last around 3 months which pretty good value too.

Got these to try after having difficulty digesting gluten following an operation. Research suggested that it can be reversed using products like these. With any suppliments/medication though, it will take 2-3 months to see if it actually works but I am hopeful after reading all the reviews. In the short space of time I have been using them though, I have noticed that the bloated feeling I quite often get, has been reduced. The tablets are fairly easy to swallow even though they look bit. There is no after taste etc. and the handy shape of the box allows you to store them very easily in the cabinet. With all the processed foods now out there, its no wonder our guts need help to break everything down. I think this will really work if combined with good, home cooking though

This supplement have a high CFU count of 5 billion.However I can only see one stain listed, sacharomyces boulardii.Research suggests that for it to be a good probiotic it should have in excess of 1 billion CFU and at least 5 different strains per dose.Sacharomyces boulardii is however a robust no pathogenic yeast used to treat digestive tract infections and diarrhoea.As with taking any new vitamin or supplement I will need to wait between one month to 2 months for it to get into my system and do it’s magic but I will continue to consistently take these each day to get the most out of them.There are easy to take as these is no smell and capsules are too big or dry to swallow.No aftertaste either.So far I have experienced no adverse side effects from taking these pills.
