Quality product, good taste
Excellent quality item. I add to my protein shakes, baking products and smoothies to bulk and make them more healthy. The chia is a good fine texture and tastes as good as high street bought products but this is a much better price.You can use in various recipes and baking if you're following a plant based or vegan diet and lifestyle. If you're not keen on using whole chia seeds then I'd recommend trying them milled as they incorporate nicely into food and shakes.I've marked as 4 star due to plastic packaging, I'm sure this colour be in food grade paper.Highly recommended, please like my review if you found it helpful :)

Good product but NOT the info on package
1. Good product but more expensive than another company, Sevenhills. I do not know how i missed seeing that one.2. Also, info on package is low end. I cannot read. Awful, blurry font. I would need a magnifying glass.3. Very poor info indeed. It took up a lot of my time to inform them. And, it is very difficult to get in touch with sellers here on Amazon, compared to Ebay.4. Also, much easier on Ebay to upload an image. Here on Amazon, it is all on the cheap. Server only works ONCE for one upload of image from iphone photo app, per day. This is to save costs.5. Complain as much as you want, nothing will get done. This is how Amazon has become a billion dollar company. Buyers have to suffer, or don’t get in touch with a seller and upload images on product review page.6. Also, when seller sends image to customers, the image opens on instagram. And, it does not zoom out. Again, on the cheap by Amazon to use Facebook who owns Instagram.You cannot see image in an enlarged form. It is just like another paper photo.Pensioner. UK

Tasteless
I thought this was supposed to have a nutty flavour? It was tasteless and had no smell. Packed in a far too big ziplock bag, there was just a bit in the bottom. I suspect it has been stored for a long time before sale. Will not buy this brand again.
