Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual E6883 5.5" 23MP 32GB Smartphone - International Version/No Warranty (Chrome)

I used to use a Xperia z1 as my main for the longest time, and one day it broke. I upgraded to this phone, and let me say this. This is the best phone by far on the market today. it is light, powerful, 4k display, smooth, runs marshmallow 6.0.1 and is ip68 waterproof without a case. There is only one negative to this phone, the snapdragon 810 overheats when recording in 4k for periods longer than 20 minutes. Sony has fixed that problem recently however by improving performance, and fixing bugs. Regarding the dual sim feature, it works and it works well. The 23 megapixel shoots in a 3:4 aspect ratio, but you also have options for 9:16 in 20MP. Your probably thinking is the 4k display worth it? Although it is true that it only uses that feature to play videos and view photos, its totally worth it, it's absolutely stunning. Quad hd or full hd does not compare, or even come close. Quad hd is roughly 400 ppi and 4k is 806 ppi. Lets talk about the back cover, yes it is a fingerprint magnet, and yes it is annoying, but on the black and gold, its not a problem, avoid getting the chrome edition. you can use a cloth to wipe off the fingerprints, but in 10 minutes you will be back to where you started. Unlike most Chinese or Japanese phones, this does not have performance issues, I played asphalt 8 for 2 hours straight, and experienced no lag or stutters. As a final note, lets talk about the cost. This phone is in the $600 USD range, comparing to the 6s plus which sits at $900 USD. In comparison, the iPhone is 3 years behind in technology and cost $300 more. The Xperia Z5P is what other phones should aspire to be.

There is good reason why this Pagani Zhonda of a phone is not carried or sold in the states.It's because it seriously outperforms apple and Samsung devices. Feel free to look up all the specs of this device as I did on GSM arena. It was very helpful in purchasing this phone. android os aside this phone is very tech geek friendly. I use this device to access the OBD 2 ecu in 1996 and up cars/trucks. It has USB host so this is a piece of cake to log and monitor data while connected, erase codes, dynamometer, fuel economy,etc. Using the torque pro app. I am also a purist in audio. This phone accepts and understands FLAC files. With poweramp pro I modified the settings to give the most range in hertz (20-20000hz) music is flawless. Like seriously as if I was listening to vinyl playing next to me. Came with earbuds which are not pioneer fantastic but are solid for tunes and phone calls.No bloatwareSony manufacturer apps only, essential Google stuff. Bought this with a 128 gig SD card on here and the stilgut wallet phone case. Feels more like a tool then a phone. Very satisfied.Doesn't work so great with Tmobile though.

Buyers beware of the chrome color backing coming undone, is this what you suppose to expect when purchasing a new generation sony xperia phone!? I was using my monster computer screen cleaning rag which is soft and takes care of finger prints, dust and any particles, i really love these sony xperia phones but not when the chrome color backing is trying to come un-stickable!!!! Is the seller aware of these sorts of adhesive problems??? If i where sony inc. i would use E6000 adhesive glue on each corner to make sure its glued down and stick down permanently!!!! I am so happy to get a replacement from the same seller here on amazon, hope everything works great on the replacement!!! :) :D

Unlike several eBay sellers, this product appears to be authentically new. It comes with headphones, a EuropeaN UCH10 rapid charger with a adapter.. And a 4k display.If you like Xperia, this is a great phone.

Awesome phone! Pretty fast and elegant phone happy with my purchase.

Purchased April 11th. 2 months later phone won't power on. When you plug it into power the sony screen lights up and shows the battery charging. The battery is charged to 100% but it still won't power on when using the power button. I tried using the hardware reset button but still won't power. I also tried the Xperia companion rescue with no luck. Spent $400 on this phone and 2 months later its worthless. No warranty so nothing I can do with it.

The phone arrived in perfect condition, no scratches, dust, nor finger prints. Easy to set up and get going. Although I'm a U.S. buyer and the location is a little funky, still an excellent product by Sony.

Love the phone! Some people may not like it because of the squarish design but to me it makes it feel more modern. AND THE CHROME VARINT OMG! It's so cool people will ask you what kind of phone do you have
