Q: Can I use this on hair that has been relaxed a month ago

I use it and I have had keratin treatment.

Q: What does it smell like? Is it perfume like or fresh?

I would not say fresh. Perfume like is a bit of an overstatement, perhaps just a bit like coconut. I dislike scents and would prefer it had none, but it is not overwhelming and you do not smell it when your hair is dry.

Q: What is the correct size of the conditioner ?? some review says they received a different size than the one they bought

Yes, it was the correct size, but I didn’t care for the conditioner at all.

Q: Does this have dimethicone or any other "cones?"

There is no dimethicone listed on the ingredient list. However, there are many ingredients in this product ( not sure if there are other "cones" or if they have a different chemical name) so I'd suggest checking on the Amazon page for this product where there is a complete list of all ingredients or call the manufacturer for certainty.
