does this esc have connectors?

no connectors came with mine... had to solder them on.

Does this esc support forward and reverse?

No, ESC for Car support it. This ESC is for drone, single turn.

Is it safe to assume the A and C banana leads are respectfully positive and negative? There is no manual for this whatsoever

On the input side, red is positive and black is negative. On the output side it is 3 phase, so you connect all 3 wires to your motor. If the motor is turning backwards from the desired rotation direction, simply swap any 2 of the 3 wires on the output side (the motor connection side). If you have a DC motor with only 2 leads, this is not for that application. This is for 3 phase motors for RC airplanes.
