I have a favorite ice pack. I was thrilled to find replacement ice inserts for that ice pack

They are nice but the ice cubes collapse quicker than I would expect. I have to ice my hands 6-7 times a day. I am already on my first replacements and will need to get more. So two sets, including the original have only lasted less than two months.

These ice packs are great! Highly recommend them as they're suited to individual body parts. This is my third one, as I already have the foot / ankle and back / shoulder / knee models.

The cold therapy wraps for the wrists work perfectly. They are more convenient and less messy than ice and work better, providing an even distribution of cold, not wet, around the wrist. We keep them in a cooler and put them on after every workout.

I bought these to go along with the Wrist Ice Wrap for my husband and he just keep them in the freezer for when the first set starts to defrost and just switches them out. He loves his Wrap.

These work great, freeze fast. They're replacements for my wrist cold pack, but are flexible enough to work well for other purposes as well.
