Best glove out there--except it's too small
I really love these gloves. I had a pair from a long time ago that were perfect when the old wrist grew tired of typing. Unfortunately, they were a bit small for my medium-sized hand. The tag inside said "small," so I figured that was the problem. So, I ordered these in medium/large, expecting, if anything, they might be too big. Nope. They are even tighter than my old small ones, and they cut the tender tissue between my thumb and index finger, which makes wearing them impossible. I am extremely disappointed. These are truly miraculous--if you can wear them. They help position and support my wrist, which relieves the pain of carpal tunnel and general overuse. I'd take a chance and order the extra large, but I'm pretty sure a man-sized glove would be overkill. I just wonder if the tag on these are wrong, if maybe they are small instead of med/lg.I'd return them, but, as usual, I tossed out the boxes and packing material, sure they'd work perfectly.

Better than I thought
Was diagnosed with RSI about a year ago and have been battling it on and off until recently. Pain in my wrists and hands was the number one thing that prevented me from working on my computer. After looking at reviews here on Amazon, I thought that I give these a try as lots of people were having good results. After receiving the gloves and using it for the first time, I saw immediate results. My hands, wrist, and arm had considerably less pain. After 2 days of using it, when I went back to using without the glove, the pain would immediately appear again. So I attribute the decrease in pain solely on the glove. The glove is well made and is reversible. Though I got two, I'm only using on my right hand. I keep one at home and work. The splint on top is not suppose to be rigid, but gives enough support or elasticity to the tendons in the wrist and hand. After using it for a week, I can use my mouse for a brief moment glove-less without pain. I believe the glove has helped it from further damage and is allowing it to reduce the inflammation.

I type 8 hours a day for my day job. Then I come home, and as a freelance programmer I spend another couple of hours typing. This causes a great deal of strain on my wrists and recently I had begun to feel some of the symptoms of repetitive stress injury and even some carpal tunnel symptoms. I decided to purchase these Smart Gloves in an effort to protect my wrists, and I spent a decent amount of time reviewing the various products available here on Amazon. I found these, and liked the positive reviews - although they were more expensive than other brands for sale, I will say that you pay for quality. I use these everyday, and they have helped a tremendous amount. My symptoms are fading as a result of these gloves helping my maintain proper wrist position while typing - wrist posture, if you will. I could not be more pleased with this purchase, and highly suggest anyone looking for the perfect typist glove, look now further...you're here.A+++++ product!

Finally!
I had almost given up finding something for compression for my outer hands and wrists, something with some flexibility but not completely unrestricted motion, that I could wear comfortably while typing. Having a job that involves much computer work and being a full-time online grad student, I clock more computer hours than I care to think about and have the added complication of inflamed tendons in both wrists and along outer sides of both hands, basically like semi-permanent wrist sprains. For those of you looking for rigid support, these gloves are not for you. In fact, I have the carpel tunnel type braces I wear for heavy lifting and grocery shopping (those carts get heavy and hard to push, right?). But I love these gloves - and have the added bonus of no more wrestling with that darn gel wrist pad for the mouse! I'm going to order more of these so I have backup.

Happy Pisiform Bone
Medium size works well for me. I have lengthy slim fingers and really thin wrists.Highly recommended if you have a habit of resting your pisiform bone on the table and adding too much pressure to it. This helps cushion that area well.It doesn’t really constrain actual wrist movements, the splint is pretty rigid but the glove is actually on the looser side.I mainly use it for the beaded cushion thing and love it.

Great for daily typists
These gloves are awesome, and this is the second pair I've purchased (because I used the others so much, they wore out). They have just the right tightness, and the removable semi hard splint inside is a godsend because I can wash these gloves, which you can't do with leather and other brace styles. This keeps them newer longer. Also, the beanbag style bump really works well. It supports my wrist when using the mouse, which helps prevent swelling and pain. Overall, these gloves are more than worth the money paid. The only reason I needed a new pair is because the older ones wore out after two + years of daily wear and tear (12 hours per day typing and mouse usage). They are also much cheaper from here than where I got them the first time around. Definitely recommend for those who have pain and swelling in their wrists and fingers due to lots of typing.

Helps me avoid pain when typing
I love these gloves. They help me so much while typing. I type at least 40 papers a week and probably have carpal tunnel but feel much better when using these. I do believe the price is ridiculously high for these gloves; however, I cannot find them cheaper anywhere else.

Pretty decent little wrap
I have carpal tunnel syndrome thanks to needing to use crutches 5 years ago. I wear mitts to sleep in but lately my carpal tunnel has been getting worse, so I wanted to find something to wear during the day that was not rigid. This glove/mitt is good. There's a flexible strip along the top and ergo beads on the bottom. To wear on the other hand, simply turn the glove inside-out. You order by measuring across the top of your palm. I ordered a medium and the fit is good. I would prefer if the glove were a little bit longer on the arm, and that the ergo beads went up into the palm, but other than that they feel good and help my daytime carpal tunnel.

Amazing product
These gloves are absolutely awesome and I love them! I find that any pain I am feeling in my hands, wrists and fingers start to subside when I start to wear them and they do provide relief.
