Dislike taste
Tastes like dirt. Must assure powder is completely melted into whatever you are mixing it with. Affects are noticeable.

Hello I just got this product, what i have learned so far is that it helps with sleeping issues. I have not tried it yet but will soo.

don't feel any different
I thought this would wake me up like coffee, but I haven't felt anything. It does relax me, I guess; but since it didn't wake me up, I also tried it to sleep & that didn't work either. Keeps me up at night, but doesn't keep me up in the day. Don't make sense

Very nice for a stroke survivor like me
Came fast and taste good too,I mix it in food so I don't get irritated by the smell
