Forest Pattern Wall Stencil - Decorate with Wall Stencils

The accent wall turned out really cool. Lost of user error. Bit of a learning curve. We had some seams but I just free handed in the best I could. Don't use too much paint on the roller. We found a 6 inch roller worked best. I used a tack to hold the stensil edges in place.

This turned out great! Big enough coverage so you could see progress pretty quickly. Did this in my laundry room in probably two nights after the kiddo went down. I used a mini foam roller the majority of the project. Went back and forth between painting the wall darker and doing a lighter pattern vs the inverse. Ended up using SW alabaster as base, which my walls already were (easier ha). And then SW accessible beige for the pattern. I like that it came out with a vintage feel just with the variance in paint weight. So imperfections make it better. Don’t get overwhelmed! Do it. I may stencil my whole house haha

A little tricky to work with at first but once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty quickly. This was more more affordable than buying wallpaper and turned out super cute!

I love this stencil! I taped it on the wall and rolled the paint on. I never had the paint leak through or bleed! The only issue I had was lining up the pattern. This part was very difficult but was worth it for the end result!

Super easy to do with a small amount of prep. Stencil is easily repositioned and size manageable. I used it to stencil a table, then liked the look so much I used it as a wall stencil in my bedroom. Will definitely buy more for other projects. I love the look of wallpaper but am not nearly fastidious enough to put it up myself. This stencil, however, is simple enough even I can do it

Couldn’t do wall paper since our wall is textured so opted for this DIY woodland stencil. I HIGHLY recommend watching videos online first on tips for how to wall stencil or else you’ll end up with a runny mess you’ll have to paint over and start again. Repositional glue spray from craft store and painters tape was very helpful. Be careful to not buy permanent glue if you go this route. Of course it’s not 100% perfect but I do love the general look. Just a warning this stencil has a lot of fine detail, so even after being extra diligent I still had to go back with a regular small paintbrush and put back details like the slender stem of the flowers, missing fox feet, rabbit ears etc. This beginner friendly project took me two weekends to complete (one accent wall).

I love!! It is large so projects so pretty fast! I’m excited to use it again

I love how it came out. It was a lot of work and I messed up in a few spots but I can't really blame the stencil for that. I'd definitely recommend for a nursery if you're up for a project. 1000% need stencil spray to stick it to the walls while you paint.
