Half-Dried Squid 半干濕魷魚筒 16 oz

This isn’t dried squid, it’s brined squid. I was really surprised when I opened the box and there were 3 bags of squid in what I’m hoping is salt water. I can’t find any information on this style of preservation except as to be used for fish bait. I’ll work my way through it, but was expecting flattened dried squid that I could store easily for later use.
