Mizkan Yuzu Dressing, 32 oz

I love this salad dressing. It's not easy to find and hen you do, it's kinda pricey. This was such a great value. And just delicious. My favorite with this is to make soba salad (cold soba (buckwheat) noodles on top of nice sharp salad greens, with tomato, shaved carrots, and a bit of diced apple.

I'd been looking for this for some time and was glad to locate a source. It's the perfect dressing with my cabbage salad !! Definitely recommend this product.

It has the artificial flavoring, but the taste is exactly what Japanese restaurants serve.

This is good dressing. Essential if you cook japanese food.Many of our local stores, here in SoCal, carry this product at about a couple of bucks less, but I think it's easier to just hit a few keystrokes and order it. That way I don't have to waste an hour, ending up buying more stuff and using up gas at $5 a gallon. :-POTOH, I figure if you were stuck somewhere with a single "asian" store for a 50 miles... Amazon is the bomb! If only I could get good chutoro from Amazon.

I ordered this from a different vendor last time and it was delicious! ONLY problem was I began receiving TONS OF SPAM EMAILS. Going to try this vendor and hope that I don't get the same problem. I am hoping this tastes just a good as the last bottle.Just a quick tip... I mix a little of this with House - Shichimi Togarashi - Japanese Mixed Chili Pepper and it makes a great dipping sauce for sushi, but it is excellent on its own.

Tasty sauce. True to what I've had in Japanese restaurants.

This dressing is a little tart, citrus-y, flavorful. It is just a little different from other dressings I've tasted. It's not sweet at all, It's not Italian dressing or balsamic tasting. It's its own flavor, and I really like it!!
