NIKE Women's Fitness Shoes

As a newbie for me a sneakers is a sneakers 🫣 however as I got more into the gym and love all things Nike I decided to do some reading and I learned that Nike made sneakers specifically for weight training and HIIT, hence my buying the Metcon 8 - these sneakers are NOT meant for running! They are for you to wear when strength training and let me tell you, you feel the difference. I have greater stability, especially when squatting. The only thing I don't like about it is I need to get a different set of socks because it is cut lower than my other sneakers.Thank you Nike!! This is just what I needed!

I’ve been doing the Insanity workout and had been wearing my regular running shoes and decided I needed something more suitable for my workouts, because my feet were going numb. After some research, I ended up purchasing these and am glad I did. They are great for the workouts and are comfortable, no more numbness in my feet. The only down side is they tend to slip off my heel pretty easily when I’m doing running push ups.

Early last year I purchased 3 pairs of Nike AirMax running shoes because I love all the colors (white and pink, white pink and blue and white, yellow and orange). This past Wednesday evening (1/20) I decided at last minute to purchase this Nike Metcon 5 by a recommendation of a friend, a little over my budget but it was a good investment. My preferred color was white with black sole but it was not available on my size.What I love is that is comfortable if I don't use thick socks. Also love that it arrived overnight, by yesterday (1/21) the Metcon5 were at my doorsteps. Also I like Hyperlift insert that was included. I purchased the same shoe in another color and did not had the hyperlift insert.

These will always be my go to cross trainers

Love the shoes, love the look, I get lots of compliments! Only one thing though, the soles are a bit hard, so loud when walking and not as much shock absorption.

Der Schuh sieht so aus wie auf dem Bild, jedoch ist er mor dochvetwas zu klobig, deshalb habe ich ihn umgetauscht. Molto più comode delle metcon 4.Ma la suola da già segni scolatura nei punti più critici.Da un produttore come Nike non mi aspettavo questi errori.

These trainers are worth every penny, I was having issues with my sacroiliac and since purchasing these the pain has almost gone. I do a lot of HIIT training and they feel very supportive and comfortable.
