Will be expired in three months.
Try to order it as a gift to a friend , it will be expired in three month. Even a month earlier than the one I brought two months ago. I am very disappointed. The worst is that returning is not available.

Great for Coffee, Lousy for Espresso
The flavor is not robust enough for cappuccino. I love the aroma, but the flavor was too light for espresso. Makes a darn good pot of coffee, though.

Fresh?
I love Epic Espresso, but the bag I received was roasted on June 1. It is now July 27. Always fresh? Based on the 49th Parallel website’s description, I expected it would have been roasted within the last few days. I’m very disappointed.

Waste
Not only does it have a nasty aftertaste, but it has to be one of the limpest coffees ive had in ahwile. would not buy it again, just nasty and thats the best word i can choose. any coffee lover will do themselves well to stay away from this crap.

Morning Coffee is Great AGAIN!!
Was researching for a coffee blend good for latte's and Cappuccinos and stumbled upon 49th parallel. If you like milk based coffees this is a keeper. It has a nice aroma, and also a very smooth taste. My morning coffees are great again

Tastes as good as getting a cappuccino in store
Parallel 49 is one of our favorite coffee shops and the beans deliver the same smooth flavour.

Smells great but damaged
I haven’t tried it yet but I can assume it’s great due to the amazing smell the only thing that has put me off a bit is that the bag came cut open so I’m unsure if I should even consume it.

Stale
Delivered 5-May, expiry date 2-Oct but it's definitely stale, almost undrinkable. Thin crema, flat one dimensional flavour. This is not surprising as coffee should generally be consumed within two weeks of roasting, and the timing is particularly important with light roasts. This is definitely a light roast and might be nice but I'll never know.

Acceptable, would be better if more fresh.
Although acceptable, the coffee perceptibly smells, looks (during brewing), or tastes not as fresh as the ones from local coffee shops that are similar in price, which in Vancouver I never bought any that's roasted more than a week ago.If you're able to tell the difference between beans roasted 1 vs 4+ weeks ago other than reading the date then highly recommend buying locally. I wouldn't bother to return coffee that can be fresher but "small batch gourmet bean" should be more fresh. If you live somewhere remote or anyhow have no fresh beans at a reasonable price then this beats grocery store beans for sure.
