The hinges on one of my cupboard doors got sprung when my husband accidentally walked into it while it was open. I was pleasantly surprised to find these on amazon at a great price. They fit and worked perfectly. In fact, they are better than the old ones. These close slowly by themselves the old ones didn’t.

Bought theses s a replacement fr the original door hinges. Did not realize that they were self closing. Easy to install, if they are a replacement, otherwise, you will need to drill holes to fit the one side of the hinge. Highly recommend these hinges. cmsrobert

It’s a 1/2” overlay hinge with soft close that seems to work and does what it’s supposed to do, for a reasonable price. I am using these to hang some fish tank stand doors, and they are currently working just fine.These do not have any instructions. For those of you that want a good starting point on spacing from the edge of a door, I found that offsetting the edge of the 35mm (1 3/8”) hole 5 mm from the door edge (center of hole 22.5mm from the edge of door) gives a 1/2” overlay hinge hang with room for adjustment. As always though, test on a piece of scrap first.The hinges are very bulky due to the internal soft close mechanism. The hinges do not come apart or snap into the face frame side like some other euro-hinges. This makes hanging the doors slightly more difficult, as you have to hold the door open in place while putting in screws.Be careful with the screws, i snapped one driving it by hand into a maple door that had a piloted hole. I would suggest waxing them along with pilot holes to avoid breaking them.It would be nice to have some sort of weight rating on the hinge, other than just “heavy duty”

Replaced four hinges in less than 30 minutes. The fit was perfect. Very sturdy and a great value for the money .

These fit my cabinet doors great, and I love the slow close they have. The bottom hinge was the one needing replaced, so I purchased this, put one on the bottom, and have a spare. Slow close works great with only the one hinge having that function.
