No room for thickness in tile in the final fittings
Look.. it's nice and has everything you need. But once 10K in tile work is up and everything is behind the wall. You find out because the thickness of the tile you have to take the handles to have machined to get a set screw WORKING as it should. What do you think people are going to do to finish their bathrooms, etc? Tile most likely 50% Plus of them...

Weak flow, hard to adjust, sharp edges
Flow of water is weak compared to the old fixtures I had. Range of motion is only 90 degrees on the hot and cold taps, which makes it hard to adjust the water temperature. Hot/Cold water controls are threaded in opposite directions. Edges of the knobs are sharp. I would definitely return this if it wasn't installed on tiles already.

Not sure how easy to install this as I hired someone to do it. Old tiles were knocked out to put this in, so it’s way beyond my skill level. I bought this before hiring the plumber, and he said it’s high quality and a good deal. My son really loves using the hand shower and bath time becomes more fun. I also think this hand shower is a great addition as it makes it so easy to rinse the tub and tiles around it. We tried to get the matching sink faucets but those were out of stock. Found a different brand with similar design.Happy with the purchase!

Great shower with nice pressure for the shower wand. Looks nice in the white vintage-ish bathroom designed by the wife.
