I am 61 years old, been working out for about 50 years. Over these years I’ve taken several supplements, T-hero seems to work very well for me, I do notice more energy and strength as well as muscle gains. Some reported side affects, I have none, guess it’s up to the individual.Great product, I will definitely buy again.

I have been taking T Hero for about 6 months now and I have to tell you that it's great stuff, but with that being said it takes time to rebuild your bodies ability to produce testeron naturally and it's not going to happen overnight, especially if you are older like myself going on 70 years old this year.I have a background as a personal fitness instructor and health club manager from my early twenties through my mid fourties and I also have chronic pain problems that causes me to adjust my fitness training to fit my abilities at my age and physical abilities presently but I think you have to realize that your body is not going to change overnight and it takes time, good eating habits and persistence in your workouts to see any real results.For the people who are expecting results overnight, you are only going to get out of something exactly what you are willing to put into it so leaving a negative review after only a few days or weeks of using this supplement is not only a ridiculous review, it also shows that you lack the commitment it takes to achieve your goals and are only hoping for a "quick fix" due to your lack of long-term commitment to your personal health. This stuff works but it's not a miracle pill, give it time to work into your system and you will definitely see great results. I personally have lost over 55 lbs over the past year and have gained muscle mass and physical abilities that I thought were just something that was in my past but since I started taking this supplement I have seen significant gains in my training abilities and my stamina during my workouts... but like I said, it won't happen overnight but you didn't get out of shape overnight either so remember that it's a long term commitment you have to be willing to make and follow through with.I gave it 5 stars and wish I could give it more but hopefully my review will help people realize that it is good stuff but it's not going to happen suddenly, testeron therapy takes time.Best of luck and keep on training 💪🏼

A waste of time my testosterone levels was 271 before I started taking these. There was no difference I took 2 complete bottles 3 capsules every morning for 2 months nothing changed . I went to a fertility specialist had my labs tested after taking a prescription pill EOD for 4.5 weeks that’s only 20 capsules and got improvement immediately up mid 300’s . Don’t buy

My testosterone has been low (130-150) for over a year. It has caused irritability, lack of concentration at times and depression. I tried this supplement due to its good reviews, working with my doctor. After several weeks, I noticed my moods were much better and I seemed to have more patience. My starting testosterone was 154 (very low) and I had it retested a month after taking this supplement. It was normal at 458! I was so happy I could cry. This is NOT a quick fix but two a day will get you where you need to go. Be patient and keep going. It is so well worth the change!

I have lost a little bulk around my around my middle area. I have not weighed myself yet. I plan to at the end of my trial of 60 days. I have not seen any muscle tone difference but I am not crushing it at the gym like some. I am getting headaches just about every day although that might be from all the stuff happening around us lately and the heat. I am not seeing any huge improvement, although, I am not finished with my trial. My gut tells me this is a stimulant like coffee and it raises your heart rate to increase fat burn. This is why I am getting headaches. It doe give you some energy but that herb they use is a big stimulant. This could be just another scam and the minute you stop , you balloon up and get obese. I'll let you know what happens. Remember these products are not regulated so we could be consuming straight caffeine but they could saw it is vitamin E. No accountability. Michael
