Yes it does but the light is very dim my own has stopes working a few weeks ago

How do I change the battery for when I need to? and do I have to replace it with another rechargable？

The top comes off where the LED is located and there is a little single battery compartment. VERY easy to change. I hung these on my fence and they look amazing. Not extremely bright, but pretty!
