Works great, but had to modify things to keep the washing machine from leaking.
So, my 12-year-old LG top load Wave Force washing machine, for the first time ever, stopped working and gave an error code OE. A little googling said this was a water pump failure. Looked up a few things, watched a bit of YouTube, and ordered this pump. A couple days later got the part. Next day Shop-Vac 3 loads of water, dragged the unit outside, and took the hose off the pump and let the rest of the water below the interior basket drain. The skies then opened and I couldn’t even work inside the garage as it was raining sideways. Next day I replaced the pump. Nothing super expert level here, except the space is very cramped and figuring out ways to slide your hands through and around various parts to install a screw you can’t see or reach is tricky. Took about 40 minutes. Could prob do a second one in twenty. But when I reattached the hose from the tub, it seemed like the hose was way too big for the cylinder on the pump. I had to work to remove the hose from the original pump; I was worried the same hose was too loose on the new pump. But I’m like it’s an OEM and there’s the spring clip to tighten the hose: it should work. Move the washing machine back into the laundry room, hook everything up, run a rinse and spin with a single hand towel, and right away water starts pouring out of the washing machine. Disconnect, move back into the garage, and you can see the spring clip did nothing to make the hose watertight. Drain the washer, clean the laundry room, and it is raining sideways again (Florida). And moving this washing machine from the laundry to the garage is no walk in the park. So not sure what to do. Checked the Amazon page again: it’s listed as a replacement for my washer model. It fits the bracket, the power connectors, everything. But the intake port from the tub is just a few millimeters narrower than the original pump. Do I return the pump, look for a new tub to pump hose? So, I’m thinking of a gasket, or some rubber hose that’s the perfect diameter to increase the intake diameter by 3 millimeters. But, in the luckiest internet search ever, I came across this product called Self-Fusing Silicone Tape. I don’t want to bore you (HA!) so read about it elsewhere, but with this product I was able to wrap it around the intake port a few times and make the perfect gasket to increase the intake diameter. For five dollars. Next day apply the tape and the hose seems to be much snugger. Run another rinse and spin, but notice the pump\hose is still leaking, but at 1\100th of the previous amount before the self-fusing tape. Wrapped the intake port a few more times and then went to the home center and replaced the spring clamp with a proper hose clamp. No leaking now. So the pump works great, the price is right, it fits perfectly, but just be aware that you may have to take a few measures to insure the existing hosed fit the intake and outtake ports wont leak with the existing hoses, even though the Amazon page says this is the OEM pump for your washer model.

Perfect Replacement
I have an LG top load washer (WT1901CK) that has been giving me grief for a while now. For some reason, I would keep getting the OE error code meaning it won't drain. If I unplugged it for about 10-15 minutes, I could then complete a load. Typically by that point the wash has already been through the cleaning cycle so I would just run the rinse and spin cycle to finish it up. Sometimes this worked, other times, not so much. I noticed that the original pump would get very hot (especially after doing a sanitary load). So I think overheating was the issue. Running a cold load did not result in the OE error, just hot loads. This pump is a direct replacement. It's a bit. tight under and behind the washer drum to get at the 3 bolts holding the pump in place. There are also the 2 hoses with spring clamps and 2 wires to deal with. Not too difficult if you're a bit handy. I, unfortunately I guess, have large hands, so it was very tight and after some scratches and cursing, I was able to switch out the pumps in less than 30 minutes. Now my washer runs perfectly.

Great replacement pump, installed fairly easily
Had an issue with the washer not draining so ordered this after looking at you tube vids. Since it is the lowest point in the water system expect some residual water to leak out. I had quite a lot leak out... After grabbing a few dirty towels (the washing machine had been down for over a week so there were more than a few of those around) I soaked up the mess and hoped this was going to fix the issue because now I had WET dirty towels to wash. I got it swapped out and it worked! But there was a leak from one of the rubber sleeves that are crimped on with clamping rings. I grabbed a radiator hose clamp from my garage and tightened it on the offending end and that was all it needed. The clamps were from the existing setup and are meant to be reused but you may want to grab a few radiator clamps just in case. 1.5-2" will work.

Perfect fit for our LG washer
This drain pump while not coming with bracket that holds it to base, was an easy transfer from old pump and works perfectly. Easy to install and less expensive than others. Also same manufacturer as original but is angled so the drain line to exterior line was not kinked.

Yours may be missing parts, and will fail
perfect fit for listed Kenmore/LG washers, label says Hanning and part number differs from OEM only in the last letter, in my case tho original was "G" instead of "E". The problem is in assembly (see other reviews) The cover where you attach the hoses is attached to the motor with (in theory) 5 screws. 2 of mine were missing; others report up to 4 of 5 missing! It lasted about 6 loads before flooding my garage. As this seems to be the same MFR (Hanning) offered by many sellers on Amazon, be aware!

Was used/refurbished but works excellent!
This item was advertised as new; however, it is obvious they are not. They did an ok job cleaning them up. But it does indeed work! Fit our LG WT4970CW like a glove. Very easy to install and did work with the existing bracket. 1 star off for not being honest about refurbished parts. 4 stars beacaue it fit exactly what it said it did and works flawlessly as expected.

Works Great, Easy Install
Pump went out on my LG top loader (WT1101CW) on a Sunday. Ordered this that afternoon. Delivered Monday. Installation was easy and took less than 1/2 hour. After removing the back panel, it was two hoses, two push on wires and two screws. It honestly took much longer for me to move the washer out to the garage to avoid getting water on the floor. Plugged the washer in, ran some rinse and drain cycles and everything is like new.
