A security tape seal would be good.
Love this stuff, I've been printing this with my printrbot ( .4 nozzle, zinc head, at 195C ) prints great and with the glitter you don't notice the lines. I keep a spool of this stuff in my inventory at all times, just looks great.*UPDATE 10/11/2017* BEWARE! I guess it's a new thing for people to return to Amazon half used spools of filament and then it gets resold. My most recent purchase was of the starry blue, but got an open bag of starry black that looks like it was half used and then shipped back to Amazon.*UPDATE 10/12/2017* Ziro reached out to me this morning after my review and gave me a promo code for a replacement. Crossing my fingers that Amazon doesn't screw it up, but I would like to recommend to Ziro some form of security tape on the boxes to indicate they have been opened so their distributors are less likely to make this mistake in the future.

I am impressed. This stuff prints nice.
I am impressed. The roll I got has the best wind I have ever seen. Some rolls are like a coiled spring once you open up the package or have crossovers that prevent printing. This roll goes down evenly. I have been printing heart boxes for my kids Valentines parties are school and this sparkle 3d filament is by far the best looking stuff I have printed with. I may go through the whole roll printing these hearts.I will post more prints later when it finished. Printed at 210c and 215c and both temps seem to work. Sticks nice to the print bed which is PEI with Amazon Basics Glue Stick. I posted my design on GrabCab. Search "Valentine Heart Box" I am printing at 60% size of the STL file which is a great size. I also put Gcode with 10 lids and 10 bottoms for PLA and PETG.Update. I just got the Twinking blue and have had a few jams where it ruined my print. The red printed fantastic. The blue is taking a bit more effort. So far I have had 3 jams in the middle of prints. Same Prusa printer and same exact print with the same settings. Don't know what the differences are for this one. I have cleaned out the nozzle several times to make sure none of the glitter is stuck. Still amazing looking just a little worried not that maybe I got lucky on the first roll. I bought two reds and one blue and almost finished one entire red roll already and have a blue. The blue has been much more of a problem. Don't know why. When it goes to print fine detail it fails badly and as I said has a tendency to clogged my tip. The red has not have any problems and prints like normal PLA so far.

Great price on quality filament, be aware color may be inconsistent between rolls
Pros:This stuff is a solid buy. It prints great, no stringing or any print quality issues to speak of at all, and no issues with the spool wind. I accidentally ordered two rolls and I'm probably going to just keep the second roll as I definitely like this filament. The red glitter color is great. There is not a ton of glitter, but it's translucent enough that glitter in other layers comes through, and I would imagine if the glitter content was higher you may have a higher risk of clogs. I haven't had any clogs with this stuff and it's probably cleanest printing PLA I have.Cons:The only thing I would warn people about is that the two rolls I received are slightly different in color. Basically one roll is a slightly darker color than the other. It's only a small difference, but you can tell when they are side by side. So just be aware if you are looking for a perfect color match between rolls, YMMV.It’s been working great at 215c with default Prusament PLA settings in Prusaslicer.

Such a nice and affordable filament
One of my all time favorites. I always keep 4 or 5 kilos of this on my racks at all times if possible. I simply love this stuff. (all 3 colors WE NEED MORE ZIRO !!!! MORE COLORS !!!!! Come on!!)Pictures simply don't work for this. camera's always blow out the reds. this filament is simply stunning to look at.

Great color but jams easily
The color is a nice translucent blue with big sparkles. The filament has more of a matte feel and seems less dense than my usual PLAs. It even sounds different when you tap it.I really like the color, but unfortunately it jams quite a bit.. I'm running a standard Titan + V6 direct extruder combo, 0.5mm retraction, and have tried temps across the suggested range (190-220) in 5 degree increments. Still about half of the prints using this filament have failed due to a jam. Could be related to inconsistent diameter? I'm not sure. I measured ten points across ten feet of filament and found a range of 1.68mm to 1.79mm (which is within the range advertised), though most often it was 1.73mm.Hopefully ZIRO can figure out the issue because, like I said, it's a nice color and I would like to keep using it.

Not too bad
I bought this wondering if I could actually use it. I bought another color (marble) some months back and that was horrible. The color we got wasn't what we wanted. It badly clogged our printer. HOWEVER, I took a chance and got this one because the red was so pretty and the company was worth it. I was not disappointed. This red is going to go perfect with Christmas decorations. I am very excited. We just had to find the right temp for it, but that's all good. I will definitely buy the other twinkling colors!

Like a 77' Vette...Blue Metalflake....
I had never used Ziro filament until I picked up a roll of their 'marble'. I was so impressed I picked up some other funky colors they offered. The filament came well boxed, sealed, and on a good plastic spool. The color is OUTSTANDING....a nice medium translucent blue with very well defined silver metalflake (sparkles) in it. I really like the color on this for thin wall models.Printed well. I print on the hot side (220*) so I get a glossy finish. No snags. No clogs. WOULD buy again and recommend it.

Looks and prints great, however needs more sparkle
Prints great, looks fantastic, however we need more sparkles!!! I would like a sparkle blend similar to how prusamament 'Galaxy' or ruizi Galaxy looks. They have a perfect amount of sparkle. This filament would be 6 stars with more sparkles. 😝

Potentially nice filament, but with some drawbacks...
I bought this filament as I've been wanting to try one of these 'twinkling' type filaments for some time now. Having had great results with several other Ziro filaments in the past I figured this would be a good brand to try. However to date I have not been that impressed by this particular filament. While on an initial glance it looks nice (see the Octopus) if you look closer you can see issues with the layering. This is more apparent on the image with the 'Tudor Box' where I've put the Ziro white glitter filament alongside another example of the model printed with a plain brown filament. You can see that the layer lines show up dramatically on the Ziro example whereas the standard brown filament is much nicer (both printed from the same sliced model with the same settings on my Ender 3).I also tried printing a normal 'Benchy' but this failed when it got to the cabin section, the superstructure breaking away due to poor layer adhesion. When removing this filament I noticed that there was a great deal more resistance to this filament in the boden tube than I get with other filaments for example when priming the head. It may be that this filament requires a higher than normal temperature or possibly due to the glitter particals a larger nozzle is needed than the standard 0.4mm one I use. If I get time to play with this filament more and find a solution I will post the details here. However at this time I would find it difficult to recommend this particular filament type.

My new favourite filament maker.
I got red sparkle and purple translucent, so far this has been my favorite filament I've tried (out of about 30 reels from different manufacturers).Good mechanical stability printing from 190 to 210 degrees, though higher temperatures are definitely stronger. A little on the stringy side at high temperatures, but part of the art of 3d printing is picking the correct temperature for particular prints. Both colours are vibrant and consistent. Plus point for supplying a re-sealable bag too keep it dry. Now lets have some refills/master spools so I don't have to fill landfill with empty spools!I've ordered up another 3 spools of other colours. The sparkle is a bit more expensive than Ziro 'plain' filaments which are £15, but if you want sparkles, you gotta pay for them.I almost never give five stars, but Ziro gets them from me.

Great PLA
I now have over 25 spools of Ziro Filament (24 of them PLA). I am a massive fan. The spool came in a sealed box with a spare zip lock bag and Silica Gel for when the spool is being stored. I am using this filament with my Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus which has a Micro Swiss all metal hotend and a heated glass bed. The best temps I have found for my machine are 210/50 or 210/0 as this PLA sticks to a cold glass bed without any issues. The quality of the prints I have done so far have been perfect. I have not suffered any of the issues reported by other reviewers. I really do recommend this brand.

Mess with temperatures and its a 10 out of 10.
I have been unsure about buying this for a while as it seemed more than i would normally pay for filament. I have the white ziro pla already although its just sat on the shelfas its more natural..... Anyway bought this TWINKLING RED and it came next day. I have used my CR-10 and got good results by upping the temperature alot. Heating nozzle to 240 and this was the result. I am really happy with the result and will definitely be doing a video on this filament. My girl loves it and already has a list of things she wants. Give this a try. Mess with temperatures and the results are good. Not an over powering twinkle but its there twinkling slightly. Yep....BUY IT AND TRY IT

Great filament
Really happy with this filament as it gives consistantly fantastic results. It sticks to my print bed better than most filaments, looks good and prints smoothly and is nice and strong. The only failures I have had with it were my own fault (took a while to dial my printer in). I have printed gifts for my frinds with this filament and they have all commented on how good it looks.

Excellent filament!!!!! 5 Stars
Just superb!!!! the colour is fantastic, the finish is excellent and the quality is brilliant. its easy to print with and not very expensive, it prints absolutely fine at 200 degrees with a bed temp of 60 (some of the other reviewers have reported otherwise but i didn't have those problems on either and ANET A8 or a CREALITY ender 3 pro).If you are doing a project that you want to look fantastic and stand out from the rest this is the filament to use, i loved it!!

Prints Beautifully.
Picture done in vase mode in Cura on Anycubic I3 Mega. Single layer wall height 50mm with 0.4mm nozzle.OK, a bit of thinning at the top where the slope is, but that's quite normal. It's also stronger than I expected it can easily support a kilo.Thin prints are where it's going to excel, the translucence of the PLA accompanied by the flecks of gold.Just received a reel of the blue.

A nice product, needs higher temps than other PLAs.
A great product, but I definitely recommend using a temperature tower first - I don’t usually bother and my first prints were poor. This PLA seems to need 225-230°C to print nicely, whereas every other PLA I’ve ever used is fine with 195-205°C. When printing fast I still get the occasional extruder skip so maybe I should go higher?! Or whether it’s just the glitter particles increasing the nozzle resistance? A nice product nonetheless.

New favourite filament!
This is by far one of the best pla filaments I have tried. To start off with, it ships with a resealable bag and some bags of moisture absorption packets. I printed a temperature tower and found 195°C worked best on my tronxy p802m (similar to the anet a8).The finish is amazing and I can't rate it highly enough! Very happy

A Bolt from the Blue..
Being very new to 3D printing I am always looking for good quality Filament,I was very apprehensive when ordering this as not had it before, but fears were gone 35 min after hitting the print button, I only printed a Marvin but the results were spectacular..Even the Wife commented on the "Sparkle".My only complaint is now I need to find more things to print with it that would suit this color..If I was asked to recommend a good Filament then this would be right up there...I want to try the rest of the Ziro range now..

Great PLA
I have bought a lot of Ziro PLA. It always comes well packaged and comes with a spare zip lock bag to store the spool between uses. I am using this with my Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus which has a Micro Swiss full metal hotend and a heated build plate. I have found the best temps for my printer are 210/50 or 210/0 as this PLA sticks to a cold glass bed. The colour is as shown. The prints I have done so far have been perfect. I highly recommend this PLA.

Excellent value, great printing after new hot end
Initially had lots of problems with clogging until I changed the hot end and since has been printing perfectly. Love the effect (used for Christmas decorations). Only downside is that the next print can be a bit sparkly. Excellent value for money.

Ziro is decent stuff
Ziro is now my filament of choice. Good price, free Amazon Prime delivery, and good quality. Comes sealed with silica, and comes with a bag so you can store the reel after use. Using with a CR10-S4 at around 210 degrees. Translucent quality of this specific filament is nice but consider that you can see inner structure through the outer layers.

Sparkle does not clog!
Anyone who says the sparkle range of filament clogs doors not know how to print correctly. Make sure your Z height isn't too low. I've printed over 3 days straight with sparkle red and clear and the only time I had a clog was when the Z height was too low. Print at between 215 and 218c. In haven't printed quicker than 80mm/s with it.I wish Ziro made Twinkling green filament!

Great colour
Love all Ziro colours so far, tried 2 sparkle ones, the marble one and translucent red, need some discount offers, hint hint, :-) Seriously though, cant fault them so far. They print well and look great.
