I love this bed. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. it contours exactly to the shape of my body and gives exactly great support needed without any bumps or soft spots.How the heck did they managed to compress a California king size mattress down into a rolled sausage that fits in a 3x 3x4 foot shipping box I will never understand, but they did it.When I unwrapped it from the packing material it immediately expanded to its original intended size and it only took about 30 minutes for it to completely fluff up, even though the instruction say wait up to 72 hours. I was able to sleep on it the first night and I didn't notice any kind of bumps or soft spots that shouldn't be in the mattress.I'm very happy with this mattress and i's a quality product. Why pay more for brand names when Amazon Basic is providing a high quality mattress for a lower cost!!!

This is the second one I purchased. I bought one a couple years ago for my grandson and bought another again this year for my son. Very good quality. The price is also great! You would never believe how good this product is till you try it.Bought the plush but it is still firm but comfortable because of the memory foam. Excellent product. Here is a product you finally do not have to pay a lot for to get the comfort you need if you like firm but also comfortable on your bones.

Very good quality mattress was almost ready the same day and required no waiting for it to expand! The height is almost as it says and it retains the shape as expected when you lay on it. I put this in my guest room and got good review of the sleep quality.

First off, I am taking off one star only because of the description. This is not soft. Not plush. It is hard. Firm. It just plain is.I am used to a wonderful soft, heavy memory foam mattress that held up well for 11 years but... needed to be replaced. I decided to take a gamble on this. Again, NOT SOFT. I was so disappointed. I plopped my 2 inch foam topper on it and gave it a try. First night was rough. It is not soft.Second night... I had the best sleep I have had in years. I am old and used to waking up 4-5 times a night. Now it is usually 2 times. Amazing to sleep 5 hours straight then roll over and sleep another 3. I've had it about 3 weeks now and sleep REALLY well.So, I concede. It is a really good mattress, especially for the price.Easy to unpack. Placed in it the bed frame. Amazingly it expanded about 90% in the first 10 minutes Yes, there was a faint smell for a few hours. Expanded completely in a few hours. I will probably get a new topper for this and get another 10 years of use.

Well I'm here to give my guidance!So when buying a mattress you always want "the best". Sleep is critical for every function of our lives. So it's very natural to humans to believe the more you spend quality reflects as such. Here's the deal with mattress, that is simply not the case! A lot of higher end mattress brands you would be shocked to know how much commission is into the price of the mattress for the floor associate.So now you're stuck looking at affordable mattresses online that you can neither see nor touch. But you're supposed to spend a third of your life on. Well that's no good!Well let's make it simple. Foam mattresses are the best currently on the market. Period. The spine support they offer. They run significantly cooler, this one especially. Durability. Quite. Ease of use (no box springs). Let me make this very clear the foam mattresses win every way over other mattress types. The only con to one is they might smell for a day or 2 when you first get it but it quickly goes away.Okay great so foam it is. Now firmness what's the right one for me. Good question in fact this is the number one priority for a mattress. What happens too often you want to sleep on a cloud or a pillow. Absolutely not. What happens on the super soft mattresses is you're swallowed by it and your back isn't properly supported/decompressing. THIS IS MEGA SUPER IMPORTANT. What happens is when your back is arched like that the vertebrae of your spine touch and here comes the back pain. The only time a super soft mattress is recommended is for a super light child 60 lbs or less. I'm 135 lbs 5'9, scrawny and still too much for even me. Reason being is because the child being so light won't sink into the mattress which will give good spine support and gravity can do it's job. It's all about the spine.This mattress sits a medium firm. Going more towards firm and is absolutely wonderful. My first night I switched from the squishy cloud mattress to this. My back laid flat and gravity allowed it stretch out and decompress. I was literally gasping for air equivalent to a good massage over how much my back was compressed over the years.This mattress is perfect for the average consumer. I will say heavier folks go with a firmer option. This one runs cool. Easy to change sheets on. Priced unbelievable! Can't say enough good. Don't let the mattress stores scam you thousands on a brand, this is the one for you!

The word "plush" was used to describe this mattress. I mistakenly believed that it would be very soft. It has 3 layers; firm, medium and " plush ". My old topper is so much softer than the new "plush" one. Since I wanted a very soft sleeping surface, I was disappointed with this "plush" one . It is a good base for my old soft topper; not what I was hoping for, but acceptable. Two of my stars are for ease of installation. No trouble at all, because of the very secure plastic packing. Drag the mattress to your bed, cut off the plastic wrap and fold it out. In 72 hours, bingo! If you are searching for a soft mattress as I was, insist on the word "soft" in the description.
