I must say I am very impressed.Good packaging, nothing flash, just a nice plain brown box.The camera fits on my monotor without issue, its a 32 inch.Picture quality is great, calls work extremely well, I had no issues that others had mentioned, everyone I called could see and hear me clearly, and that's what you want., can't fault it.Well built, simple and works straight out of the box, and will use Windows 10 built in camera software, camera runs on USB 2 not USB 3 so just make a note of that.Great value for money and without doubt the easyest camera I have ever set up.

When the tiny box arrived, i thought this can't be it, but i unpacked it and i was really surprised at the quality, good build quality. The lens isn't flush with the unit, so looks a little weird at first. Plug and play, so just plugged into USB and open the camera app on my PC.... and wow! the quality of that camera! image quality is amazing, the lens is a tiny bit 'fish-eye' but would work very well if you had a family using Zoom or similar. I used this as my main camera now for my streams on Twitch! the video quality is exceptional as i've said. I have an older Advent 1080p webcam, and comparing them, the quality of the SANSCO i would say, is better than the Advent!Pro's- Compact size- build quality- Video and Picture Quality- PriceCon's- the base (would've liked to be able to adjust sideways when placed on a monitor)- In Summary - For business or pleasure this is an excellent all round webcam, with the only slight drawback of having that fixed base, if it had some lateral movement for adjusting, absolute game-changer!

so when I bought the webcam I disabled the microphone as I already have one and recently updated to windows 10 I had problems with the microphone driver and was not fixing at all took me a solid 2 weeks, I thought I wouldn't need it as I have an external microphone, but the webcam would stop working, and pc couldn't recognise the device. So the microphone I disabled on the webcam and the drive became faulty and I tried everything. I uninstall and reinstall and it didn't fix I restored windows, and then downloaded drive tools to help install correct drives that did not work. of course since its faulty I cant enable because its already enabled. This lead to my computer slowing down and jittering with visual and audio wise, I thought my pc GPU was damaged or was not cleaned it was so bad Resolved: I unplugged my already plugged in microphone that I had previously bought when I unplugged and pressed search hardware difference and sure enough it fixed it 2 seconds flat. I re-plugged in my microphone and all I need to do, is not disable the device no.. I will just need to change default microphone in the sounds option settings menu. don't plug back in the external microphone if you have one before pressing search hardware difference of course

Worked great for a few weeks, but then it would shut off randomly mid-call, and most recently it makes my entire laptop shut off. Would not recommend.

No issues with camera initially but had several issues with camera not working despite not moving or changing anything. Seems inconsistent unfortunatelyEdit - Saficon have reached out to support and offered a replacement webcam, hopefully this one will not have the same fault so have changed review to 3 stars pending review of replacement

My laptop broke, so I am using an old laptop with a low quality cam in the interim. We use Sansco at work, so I saw the quality was good, so thought I would look it up. It is a real bargain at this price, the quality is really good, does what it says. Really happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I did have an issue with its installation as the mic worked but there was no picture. I then remembered that a friend of mine had Kaspersky loaded on to his machine and I realised that video protection is switched on. Once I turned it off. It work perfectly well. It provides a wide angle view but there is a sharpness to the picture which I was not expecting

Easy to installed, good images. Used it for zoom meeting, it’s really plug and play :)) the P.C. picked it up straight away and it work very well. I’d certainly buy another one if I needed to. Helpful
