I am disappointed with this product, as it must be majorly altered to use as intended; the thumb hole is is far too small, cutting off circulation entirely. The whole unit is far too flexible, providing little support. In order to make it almost work, it must be worn so tight that it restricts blood flow to the hand. Wrap a bandana around your wrist instead, it'll work better and cause less discomfort.
