Fits the threads fine on the lifejacket comes with the insert to make it automatic also fits fineIt’s good quality.I don’t know how fast is inflates I haven’t needed it yet it’s not a super big CO2 container pretty comfortable in the jacket and it’s pretty lightweight overall.
