Great item as advertised

It was advertised to be a "complete" kit used by professionals. The price was double of any of the other kits so I assumed it would contain the necessities for eyebrow and other waxing. The package came, and there was melted green wax droplets all over the inside of the carrying case (which was difficult to remove) The foil on the block of green hard wax was loose and melted out. There were no wax pellets to melt in the melting pot ,(just the big green block in tin foil pan) & no applicator sticks to apply the hot wax. If I did not need it for my daughters birthday right away, I would have shipped it back for a refund. I emailed the company about the condition it came in and there only reply was that they had not heard of my issues before. They did nothing to rectify the problems and worse they seemed in in denial that there was problems.

Unfortunately, I haven’t used it because I have to buy the sticks to apply the wax. They are not provided with the kit. Still looking forward to shaping my COVID eyebrows. Ugh!

The pot comes with a giant block of wax that you cannot break and doesn’t fit in the warmer. I now need to order new wax. It also doesn’t come with strips or applicators- FYI. So really, it’s just a warming pot for that price.

Wish it had more strips but awesome buy
