Because of Covid19 no stores would blow them up
I really wanted these balloons because my nephew LOVES Blaze and the Monster Machines, but I went to four different places, Party City, Dollar Tree, Grocery Stores and no one would blow them up with Helium because of COVID19, so I had to return them. But they look really great in the package.
