Definitely worth every penny! Be careful a few of the balloons with confetti exploded and two months later every other day I see confetti. No matter how hard I try..... still confetti to clean up. It’s like sand! However, I used these decorations for a graduation & birthday party all in one. This is an amazing value. It will take some time to properly assemble. So don’t start 60 mins before the party. Start maybe 2 hrs, and give yourself time to really be creative.

This decor kit was amazing, it came with so much stuff I didn't even have room for everything, it all looked great and definitely saved money!

This was a great value for your money. My 21st birthday looked gorgeous. They aren’t super high quality, but perfect enough for a one day event. Highly recommend to anyone.
