I'm 5'6" and 118 lbs and I bought these in size medium. The material is medium thick and pretty sturdy, but the legs are surprisingly short. I stretched them out pretty far so I wouldn't recommend it to someone more than a couple inches taller than me, at least not in medium. After putting it on, it's not completely opaque anymore, it's a tiny bit sheer, which I'm fine with.

These are nice quality, comfortable and I really like wearing them. Sooner or later, though, they will get a run, and then I'll have to throw them out. More economical to buy regular (cheaper) tights and just wear socks over them for the same effect.

Wish I'd invented these!
Such a simple concept that I was skeptical but since my feet are always freezing in my boots during the fall/winter, I thought they were worth a chance. They are GREAT! The padding and breathable material not only kept my toes warm and dry but also made my feet feel great. I raced to order more pairs, since I have a feeling I will be living in these this winter. The knee/mid-calf options are good for different boot heights.

Great idea. Poor execution.
I love the idea of these tights. The reality is not so great. The sock part is fine but the tight part is very flimsy. Also, the sizing runs small.

Not the brand name Bootights - a "knockoff"
These are advertised as "Bootights," a reputable brand in which I wear a size B. Instead I received "Angel" hosiery, made in China and sized for a tiny person. Desperate for something to wear I tried them on and am now stuck with elfin, scratchy awful hosiery. This is truly "bait & switch."

These are not genuine Bootights
This are by Angel Hosiery. They may be fine. I don't know because I sent them back...twice...Genuine Bootights are wonderful and last forever. I waited forever for these to be delivered. They arrived more than a week apart. I wish that Amazon would listen to customers and change the description when it is not accurate or downright wrong.
