Excellent Customer Service from S&T INC.
I bought two Viking Carpet Cleaning and Scrub Brushes. The main reason I bought it is I used one to try and clean a water stain on my car seat. While the brush itself worked fine, I realized later that this product probably isn’t designed for that specific use, as the stain remained.I also came to see that this isn’t an item I’d be using long-term for my needs. That said, the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review is because of the exceptional customer service from the Amazon seller, S&T INC. I passed the return window, but when I reached out, they were kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding—they even issued a full refund without requiring a return.That level of service really stood out and made the experience so much more positive. Even though the product wasn’t quite the right fit for me, I deeply appreciate how S&T INC. handled everything. Thank you!

Its good on tires and upholstery cleaning
Item arrived and as expected by advert. Its a simple plastic scrub brush that can offer carpet, upholstery, and a separate brush to tire prep cleaning. DO not use on leather, use horse hair brush. Item is good.

Works great to scrub off greasy filters.
Though this is sold as a carpet brush, it works great in helping me scrub off layers of caked oil and grease on a range hood filter when combined with “Super Clean” cleaner. Easy peasy! The bristles are quite stiff and I think I only lost 2 bristles out of thousands in my use so far. Solid stuff!I recommend this brush!

I do not have any complaints on the bristles. They are nice and stiff, and works well for either carpet, or as a tire brush ( good for low profile tires). My one complaint is the handle. If you’re using an APC, or any type of cleaning solution that plastic handle gets slippery quick. When scrubbing, a good grip is key. I own a few different Viking brushes and they all have great handles, with rubber and texture providing great grip. This style brush, I cannot find with that, and Viking should get on it :). Please. For now, I sanded down half the handle then sprayed in plasti-dip which worked well but isn’t pretty :)
