CardioBoost 90 Capsules – a Precise Balance of CoQ10, D-Ribose, Acetyl L-Carnitine, B Vitamins & Medium Chain Triglycerides for Normal Heart Function and to Reduce Tiredness & Fatigue

After reading the superb book on heart health by Dr Stephen Sinatra, I was looking for the supplements suggested, which also help with fibromyalgia. This supplement contains the combination recommended in one product for ease of use.Depending on your needs this product would be of help to most people wanting to improve their heart health, in my opinion. Most surprising to me after reading the book, I found a chapter on fibromyalgia, which has been a health issue for myself for many years. After only a short time of using this supplement I have noticed slightly less muscle pain and slightly more energy. I hope for further improvement over time. (I assume because the heart is a muscle and fibromyalgia causes problems with the muscles, among other things, it makes sense that this supplement could be of help for both problems in one easy to take product.) I would recommend reading the book for the facts on heart decease because the case studies and results are amazing and if this product can help it's certainly worth a try. xSpan Labs produce health supplements and up until a few months ago I had never heard of them, now I wouldn't go anywhere else for my family's health supplements.The reason for this is threefold ... xSpan Labs have an extensive range of supplements, they use very good quality high potency ingredients and their supplements are reasonable in price.This supplement *Cardioboost Capsules* is a good one for the heart.There are 90 capsules (30 days supply) in the pot (which is rectangular for ease of storage).Each capsule contains Co-Enzyme Q10, D-Ribose, Acetyl L-Carnitine, B Vitamins and Medium Chain Triglycerides.I have severe COPD which affects my energy levels daily and over time coukd also affect my heart due to lower blood oxygen levels. In trying to keep the rest of my body as healthy as possible I take a varied selection of supplements which includes a daily supplement for heart health. Recently I've been taking this *Cardioboost* supplement in place of my usual one.The recommended dosage is to take 1 three times daily with food. These capsules aren't too large and I manage to swallow them easily with a glass of water. I've had no adverse effects and as with most supplements the benefit of taking them is hard to quantify, however as an insurance policy for good heart health these capsules are an excellent choice.Price wise ... they are fairly reasonable at £12.97 for 90 capsules (price correct at the time of this review)Thank you for reading my review which I hope you found helpful.

Like the ingredients in these capsules

This is an excellent product for heart maintenance and function for most people. I say most people as if you eat a healthy diet and are not too old, then your body only needs small quantities of B vitamins and COQ10. Whilst this does contain a large amount of COQ10 at 300mg, it has only a small amount of "stress (B) vitamins". If you are low on B12 for example, which can create heart fluctuations and murmurs, then you have to stack this vitamin and a high dose will be needed. 2.5Ui will not be sufficient. Other ingredients include ALC (500mg a day is the normal dose) at 300mg and D Ribose with a good dose at 500mg. Whether this product offers good value is another matter. In my personal opinion, I would prefer to buy B12, a B complex, COQ10 and ALC individually and get a higher dose, but I know my body needs this, as I have an issue digesting food. This product is a good mix of supplements, I just don't like the low dosage of B's. You take 3 tablets a day and so it does work out to be quite expensive for the dose. So it could be a good formula for some, but others may need higher doses to do any good.

L-Carnitine would have been better

It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.• B vitamins good for cell health, growth of red blood cells, energy levels, good eyesight, healthy brain function, good digestion, healthy appetite, proper nerve function.• Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) usually used along with medications for treating food absorption disorders including diarrhoea, steatorrhea and liver disease.
