Got battery today took about 20 minutes to take the tiny screws out and replace the battery. Before you put the screws back in plug in charger to make sure it works. I had one of the battery cable wires not put securely in place so a question mark showed up on the screen. Once I check the cables one at the bottom was loose. Tried again and the screen lit up. I'm happy it had almost 50% charge to it to start.This is my daughters favorite phone she wanted this one over an iphone. She has the 4+ and they cost almost as much as the 5. So I decided to try replacing the battery before I spent more money on a new one. I watched a YouTube video that showed all the steps to replacing the battery and I had no issues at all. So ladies don't be afraid to do it yourself.I'm very happy with the replacement and happy it came with the tools.

Got this battery kit when my phone wouldnt hold a charge. Product is great but had to take it to a cell phone repair shop to have it put in so paid $30 for that. Not a simple pop the back off and pop the old battery and the new one in. It's like cell phone surgery to put in.

Weather or not that means anything, I'm not sure but my experience has been when ordering things like this knock offs don't waste the time making a pretty sticker with a company logo so I'm going to bet its oem. I really hate to review things out of the package especially when something like this is needs to have use before Im going to recommend it. What I like about my reviews though is I can always go back and rewrite if need be. Only on a few occasion have I had to do this though.The kits comes with all the tools and extras you would need to open your stylo4 with. Disappointment comes in the form of the kit lacking the bionic tape that for the majority hold the phone together and more important would be the thin sealing tape on the perimeter. What I did was transfer the large pieces off the battery and placed them onto the new. Since I have been inside before to replace 2 other components now I'm not getting a good seal on the perimeter which is a disappoint in that the sticky stuff should come in the kit.Unfortunately for me the battery was not the fix, always worked when I replaced Iphone batteries but the apparently the Stylo4 has some other glitches and battery replacement comes first. It was a free phone. The memory card I put in it has all the value. I don't like android so the phone isn't live, its used on wifi for access to android and I call it my picture phone due to the nice memory card that can be popped into my pc.A bit more work before I will know if the phone is functional but this isn't my first time inside smartphones, I'm reviewing the battery now based upon previous experience with batteries and kits. I could have gone cheaper on this purchase and chose not to and was pleasantly surprised the little extra spent was worth it. If this your first battery replacement the kit comes with a lot specialty tools you will be pleased there. I already knew what I was after so I only needed 3 items but if you are learning the kit has you covered accessories that part is for sure

my son needed a new battery for his lg stylo 4, this one fit perfectly, it came with everything he needed to install it!! it doesn't come with adhesive or tape but not sure if it needs it? we are very happy with this kit

The battery worked for about a month, then stopped holding a charge. At first the phone would be plugged in all night and the percentage would barely go up. Then, it got to where it would not charge at all. Finally, I took the case off my phone and noticed the back of my phone was not completely closed. I took the back completely off and realized it wasn't closing because the battery had swelled at the top. I do not recommend this battery!

This kit was amazing, had all the tools I needed. Placed new battery and phone has been running like a champ, highly recommended!!!!

Seems like it might be discharging faster than the original battery, so maybe not the labeled capacity. But that's not a problem for me. The original battery went 16 hours and showed 85% charge consistently (even when it swelled and had to be replaced). This one shows 85% charge after about 6 hours.

Make sure you buy a better screwdriver than the one that comes with the package and adhesive since my package did not come with any.Overall, it was easy to install following a video I found on YouTube.
