Great abwheel It has a massive rubberized wheel, you could probably do an outdoor workout this thing. Having a bigger wheel allows for a smoother more controlled ab roll out in my experience

It works, but it's not high quality. I didn't expect high quality for the price and I bought it over the other nearly identical one because this had some added things for a few dollars more. It creaks and pops when I roll out and back, but so far it's holding up, but I can easily see this failing in a year or so.

Not exactly “high quality” however it doesn’t need to be. These are simple pieces of equipment that function just how they’re supposed to. I have read all the critical opinions on this and noticed it myself, however none of the “issues” I’ve been reading were actually issues to me. Every piece here works just fine.

Skipping rope or the 8 shaped rope not in the box when delivered if they where in the box I would give a 5 star

I bought this primarily for the wheel which is great. However the other bits that came with it are also good. The skipping rope is really good, so mostly I use the skipping rope and wheel but as time goes on I expect to make use of some of the other parts.
