A big pouch, you get a lot for the price. Not a pleasant taste but not horrible either. I'm 50 and I'm hoping it will help keep my joints in good condition, if it puts collagen back into my skin that will be a bonus. Time will tell.

This is not liquid in a capsule despite its name and description. It is powder.....the jury is still out as to how beneficial it is.
