The hat is a good value and fit well However I got the hat in navy blue and ordered the text in white. The hat came in navy blue with black text that is hard to see. When ou personalize on the screen the text shows up in white HOWEVER, you have to make sure you have the correct text COLOR checked otherwise you get black.

The hat by itself is okay, hence the generous two stars. But don't be fooled and think this is embroidery or high quality screen print. It is simply some kind of iron-on. You can literally peel it off the hat. The logo was accurate and looked like the image that I provided, but the black background of the logo does not match the color of the hat. Anyone can clearly see that this is a low grade iron on. I bought it to wear for my business, but because it looks so unprofessional, I refuse to wear. It does not represent well at all. Clearly, I took a loss here.

Mine says: "Do Not Make America GAG Again" It gets lots of positive comments. Nive looking, fits well. Good thing I got two... a friend took one of 'em.

The lettering was horrible, low quality, not embroidered! Cheap looking lettering and so small you can’t even read it unless you get very close! The cap is good quality but horrible lettering! Will not buy from them again

Honestly, I had to have the hat remade as they mis-positioned the letters the first time. BUT, as soon as I notified them here, they contacted me and asked exactly what was wrong and made n shipped me a new correct one. So good customer service.Hat is well sewn and is standard adjustable and I have already had it sweaty enough it had to be hand washed and set to dry and the printing did not fade or peak off.

I've ordered three customized hats, so far, and all were perfectly done. The last hat included an image and it turned out great. In addition, the hats are constructed of heavy material and easy to adjust. They are great way to express you political opinions. One thing they have changed is only 1 line of text is permitted, it was 2 lines on previous orders, which I prefer. I think the hat, without the customization, would be a good buy. Since they come from China, it takes a little time for shipment, but it's worth the wait.

Ordered red hats with white letters. Cap is good quality, but they have black letters. Update: apparently I missed the font color selection. Looks like others did too. Will reorder with white letters.

not clean or crisp stitching.sloppy. as shown there's annoying white thread random and throughout the character. the cap and cap material is very good.btw,,,i punched the color and image. it's not as good as shownbtw, in all fairness, they do an image transfer very well. they even packaged it better
