.5 Inch Low Lead Brass Ball Water Valve With Actuator Platform MADE IN USA , this 1/2 inch full port brass water valve meets all 50 states' standards for ultra low lead law water valves. ( 0.25% requirement, i.e. the wetted surface of pipe, fittings and fixtures in potable water systems must have a weighted average lead content = 0.25%. Made in USA by Dynaquip Controls, this lead free water valve is a half inch valve with a lever handle and an attached platform for later adding the WaterCop actuator (not included). Once the WaterCop is installed,you can add Water Cop moisture sensors or freeze sensors to protect your home from water using appliance leaks and frozen pipes. Water sensors install quickly under appliances and send radio signals when a water leak or freeze alarm sounds. The actuator then shuts off water while a beeping alarm sounds at the leak site.
