Thigh Glider Exercise Machine Total Fitness Hips Toner with Straps

After seeing the last review, I had to leave one for this item. I have fitness clients all over the US and have shipped this very item from this very seller to 5 clients in the last 4 months. Every single one of them loves it. This is a great piece of equipment that does the job and is a fraction of the price of anywhere else you can find a similar product online. I hope to see the seller continue to sell these regardless of the review of 1 person. This should count as 5 reviews.

Cumbersome and awkward to use. I'm 5"4 and it's made for someone taller. I had to put a lot of undue stress on my knee joints trying to stay on it. Also very difficult to change bands out to switch from anteriour to posterior muscle groups.I sold it in a yardsale within a year to a gentleman repurposing it for a gun rack. It will probably work much better for that, LOL

Updating my review, i previously wrote a awful review because I was upset, but wasn't fair because I didn't get a chance to try couldn't set up and got no response about setup DVD so I just purchased something else, but I really really wanted to like this machine, well made but overall it seems like a great low I packed work out for beginners. The seller's did respond with a return shipping label so I'm very happy they did, just came too late to change my mind, seeing i already made another purchase, if the one I order doesn't work I may repurchase this again because I do like it.

I really like this machine. I have lost inches on my thighs since I bought it, but the only complaint I have hence the almost perfect review is that one side of the glider moves off track further back that the other side. Otherwise, Great Product!!!! It works!!!

Easy to assemble. Works inner and outer thigh. I purchased this to help rehabilitate lost muscle tone in the inner thigh following a two year recovery from a car wreck. Prior to the car wreck, I was an avid horseback rider and competed in barrel racing competitions. I specifically purchased this to rebuild my strength so that I can safely return to riding with balance and control. So far I feel the muscle soreness in all of the right areas so I know it is working the correct muscle groups used for riding.

I'm sorry I bought this piece of equipment. Total waste of my money. Boring to work on and really doesn't offer much.

Easy to assemble and move around room from room.

Had a small issue and it was fixed immediarely. Great place, great product.
