No, it is a single cuff with no adjustments.

Q: I’m 5ft 8 with fairly wide shoulders. 13 1/2 stone. would an xl be a decent fit? what does xl measure pit 2 pit, top of collar 2 hem & armpit 2 sleeve

My son is 5ft9 and weighs 13 and half stone and the large size I brought fits him lovely, he said it doesn't feel tight on him, so I think they are generously sized. Hope this helps. :)

No, however it does have a Upholstery Base lining which is handy. It make it wearable in the summer too.

Not sure the exact size but the chest size is quite big for it’s size, I got a large and it fits well in the chest
