Would highly recommend for the workouts alone
The workouts in this set--at least the type A--are great; challenging without being impossible. The set comes with everything you need, a set of sand weights, a band and a ball. Since I am Type A, I really have only looked into this portion of the program and I can honestly say that the type of workouts they recommend--yoga, barre-style relaxing workouts--are the ones I tend to naturally gravitate towards anyways. That being said, the set comes with all of the other workouts as well, which I will eventually try and possible incorporate into my workouts as well.Now onto the eating plan...Type A's are encouraged to eat a mostly vegetarian diet, which would probably work for weight loss. However, the diet plan is VERY specific about what eat, and perhaps a bit too restrictive for my tastes. I prefer more variety. However, for those looking for a very directed plan, this would work beautifully.
