Biotone1 Gallon Jar Pump

Meh? After cutting the straw down, this fits my jar (wide Biotone 1 gallon cream containers) and it is what I was looking for but the pieces don't seem to fit together quite right and I'm not sure how it will hold up. The way the pump screws into the lid it's at an angle and it chews into the plastic on one side of the ring.Hmm.Since it's the one made for the product I use I'm kind of stuck but I would like it if they improved the design.The first one I had held up for years! And it fit great. Also the old style the pump screwed on to the lid after the lid was screwed on to the jug.This is not a huge deal but it did make it easier to take on and off when the jug is on the fuller side.

Bought the Biotone Duo Lotion and this pump to go with it. It does not work even though both are Biotone gallon products. The lotion is too thick! Bought a different Biotone lotion, snd it works perfectly. Still unclear as to why Biotone makes me buy the ability to sanitarily dispense loton from the container?!

The pump works very well. However, I find it annoying that I have to buy a pump to go with a jar that clearly needs a pump to dispense the massage cream into a smaller usable container. Why not just include a pump with the Gallon jars?

The intake tube was too long. I had to trim it to fit the jar.

This pump does not work with the cream gallon jug. It does not say as much on the site. When I asked for a return/refund, I was expected to pay for the return postage. Seller not accommodating.

Cream is too thick to pump through smoothly. So I don’t use it.

Lotion is too thick for pump. It works but takes a lot effort.

This pump does not work with the Biotone lotion I purchased. The lid fits, actually, but the cream is too thick to pump through it. I had to heat up the lotion to get it to travel through the pump, but even then it was slow, and the lotion melted the bottle it was going into.Is this the fault of the lotion or the pump? Both, really. But I don't know of any lotion that this pump will will fit that it can actually pump.Crap product. I often wonder if anyone ever tests this stuff out before they sell it to the public.

I disliked that the product cost me $22.70 in total and I was only refunded $7.41! It was not the correct size so make sure you don't have to return it😤
