The Tactical Medic AFAK - Ankle First Aid Kit

The kit is exactly as described and very high quality. I spent two days at the range doing a rifle course that was very physical. The kit concealed well and was so comfortable I forgot I had it and drove home wearing it. I have two chest seals, a pack of dressing two pairs of gloves and a pair of mini shears in my kit with some room to spare. Keep in mind the more you add the harder it is to conceal. It will NOT be able to hold a CAT TQ and still be hidden. Something like a SWAT T will be fine though.

Love it! Very well made and comes with an extension to fit around different ankle sizes or foot ware styles. Specific spot for medical sheers and chest seals. I work as an active shooter response officer and work in an environment where the employees don’t know what I do, so discretion is key. This is perfect for that type of situation.

This AFAK was, finally, the ankle kit I've been looking for. I've tried several others, but this one holds what I need it to hold, securely, and the neoprene extender panel makes the AFAK the most comfortable ankle holder I've ever used. It also shipped quickly and completely. The only reason I didn't rate it at five stars is that the Velcro retention straps are sewn in, and can't be rearranged. It was my fault for assuming that, not the manufacturer's, but that's the one thing that keeps this holster from being completely perfect for me. Buy with confidence.

Great kit. I added a RATS tourniquet (coiled up in a circle, clasp out, held in with velcro strap), and a vacuum sealed gauze, NPA, latex gloves, duct tape in the other pouch. Used Foodsaver to seal those items. Also added some individual packets of Celox in the TQ pouch. Holds everything tight. I wear it all day and barely notice it's there.
