HyperX Pudding Keycaps – Full Key Set – PBT – {White} – English (US) Layout – 104 Key, Backlit, OEM Profile

I was looking for a keyboard for a gaming setup at my girlfriends house so I didn't have to unplug my main keyboard and mess around swapping it. I was not looking to to spend too much money since this was obviously not my main setup. The criteria was; nice feeling mechanical switches (Preferably browns) and smaller form factor as it would be used primarily for gaming and the desk where it would live is on the smaller side. I saw the Z88 and was impressed with its feature set for the money and decided to gamble on a brand that I'd not heard of before. The only real downside to the Z88 I'd say (which is subjective) is the keycaps / typeface - I think they look a bit tacky but with that said, even though I wasn't sure how they would fit I decided to buy the HyperX Pudding Keycaps to replace them. As you can see from the picture It has made the keyboard look a lot more premium than its price tag would suggest. Due to the fairly unique size since its somewhere between 60% and 10Keyless - it has arrow keys as well as an extra column for HOME, END etc - the right shift key did not fit. As a temporary measure I used a spare key which fit on the right row but is slightly too short - I will figure out a more permanent solution but I am really happy with how it turned out. A nice braided USB C to USB A cable and this setup would really stand out without breaking the bank.

I'm relatively new to mechanical keyboards but I can say with absolute certainty that these are some truly outstanding keycaps. They look, feel and sound like a real premium product without the crazy price tag. Personally I think the white set is best used with a black base as it creates a really nice black/grey/white gradient when the RGB is off and emphasizes the great lighting offered by the keycaps when turned on. My only criticism would be that there's no FN2 button included (I'm using with a Durgod Venus 60%) however I know this isn't standard and wasn't expecting it to be part of the set anyway. Thoroughly recommended for anyone new to mechanical keyboards who wants to get a feel for how different keycaps can completely change the feel and look of a board.

I bought the US keycaps for my UK keyboard, yes, was a stupid mistake, a couple of issues to point out disregarding the obvious ones for reference i am using the HyperX Alloy Origins One of the keycaps seems very firm and the keycap remover tool cant pry it off so i guess that wont ever come off no matter the amount of force i apply to it. The keys are nowhere near as sturdy as i thought they would be, f10 key snapped first day of having it, i guess its just too tight of a fit for the actual switch. In general, the lighting looks phenomenal in comparison to the factory keycaps so i would recommend in that factor, they have a very nice feel to them as well. The issue i personally had was that 1 of the keys were actually missing, i didnt have a \ key, 3 of the keys were for the US layout which is why my review isn't based on that Overall, i would recommend for a budget

I love these keycaps, as i play osu! it feels and plays amazingly. It also sounds better then the other keycaps. I made the mistake of getting the US layout but that's not amazons fault thats mine as i didn't read it properly.

I will say firstly I really like these keycaps. I wanted to create some contrast on my HyperX Alloy 65% and it definitely helps create the effect I wanted. The quality seems as good as the original double shot PBT and the extra RGB coming through looks nice. I can't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1. One star is dropped because it doesn't work fully with HyperX's own 65% keyboard. It does state its for a full sized keyboard, but I feel like its a bit tight not to include an extra couple of keys that would make it fully compatible. Notably there are a couple of keys such as one shift key. Looking at other keycap sets from competing manufacturers in this gaming keyboard space they do include the extras. 2. The keys come packaged shrinkwrapped in the correct positions as they'd go on the keyboard, but when you open the packet, the keys become loose and go everywhere. I'm glad I bought them and its added an interesting individual design to my keyboard, but I would have liked to also do the outer keys. I'd have even paid slightly more to have those extra couple of caps

These are very nice keycaps makes the light come through nice enough though my keyboard is vey dim, the black on white is very nice. I thought I wouldn’t like the hyper x logo but I took the risk and it has really grew on me and I really like it now. These keycaps are also really good value and so far are good for typing and gaming.

Nice key caps, I will warn you if your looking for pure bright white keycaps like the razor Mercury’s, these aren’t that white there more of a slight off white which sucks as a lot of my pc parts are very white so that’s how you can tell they don’t really match the same shade, but the caps are quality made double shot and you can instantly feel the premium difference between a cheap non double shot set, the bleed through for the RGB though is insanely nice as they are pudding caps, specially with white on white, you won’t be disappointed, that’s why there so popular, I would choose these or the razor Mercury caps for sure, nothing else really competes with these 2

This product is amazing great keycaps great for gaming overall best keycaps I have ever had the rgb shines through nicely and looks amazing

Coloquei no meu Huntsman Mini (Switch Purple), ficou excelente. Principalmente o RGB, deu uma realçada absurda. Não notei muita diferença no ruído, mas senti um conforto melhor ao jogar/digitar. Recomendo. Teclado ficou muito mais bonito (Ele é preto, e com as teclas brancas ficou MUITO mais bonito). Ponto negativo: o espaço não tem estabilizador, então tive que manter a tecla espaço original do meu teclado.

Amazing product, RGB looks a lot better now, but i wish it kept the icons of function keys (volume up down, rgb controll…) that are on the side of stock keycaps

Works for my K95. PBT keycaps are way better than the original ones.

Touche de remplacement pour mon clavier, elle sont mieux que celles vendues avec le clavier de base (noires). Le fait qu'elles soient blanche permet une meilleur diffusion des leds du clavier offrant un bien meilleur confort visuel. Les touches sont bien en AZERTY pour nous les français et sont aussi compatibles avec pleins d'autres clavier ! Je recommande :)

Good quality product and even good texture to the key caps just little expensive
