Original Style Serola Sacroiliac Belt - Size Medium Fits 34" to 40" hip

I am now 7.5 months pregnant and have found significant low to mid back and sciatic pain relief from this product. Unfortunatly, I have a bladder condition (along with being very pregnant!) and when the belt is pressing tightly around my lower abdominals as instructed, it really causes horrible bladder pain. So I try to wear it when possible, but it's not as often as i'd like.

Our physical therapist recommended this belt. He told us the trick was to place it right and showed us, but we still did it wrong! We had it too high. Once our PT showed us our error, it made all the difference in the world! The negative for my son is that he has trouble using it while sitting, especially folding his legs "Indian style", as it digs in to his tummy. He uses it with a wonderful feeling of support that significantly diminishes his pain/discomfort. He wears it while walking and moving around and in bed. He just had an implantable pump placed in his abdomen and we hope it won't interfere with the belt down the line. Time will tell.

..They aren't made of the new material..The New Serola Belt is the best..If you get this one it won't work as good..Ditto.

This belt is awesome. It was recommended by my chiropractor during my pregnancy with twins. Does wonders fir keeping my hips in place when the would otherwise feel like they will just pop right out of their sockets. Also helps relieve the associated pain in my pierformance (sp?) muscles. This belt has been a life saver!!

It didn't really help me but my friend likes it. Might work for other people. I wish it stayed on hips better.

After purchasing another belt that didn't provide any pain relief I ordered this belt. After 6 weeks of trying other ways to rid myself of SIJoint dysfunction pain I started using this belt.After sleeping with it barely snug and wearing it tight while lifting I started to finally alleviate some pain. Three months later I am 99% pain free and No longer sleep with the belt on, but still wear it while lifting at work.
