I've seen great results from IV glutathione in my daughter who has learning disabilities. I was looking for an oral glutathione that can be absorbed by the body since the IV glutathione is expensive, time consuming, and invasive for an 8 year old. I really like this product from Adaptogen Research, it is a great antioxidant and does not have strong odor. S-acetyl glutathione is the best antioxidant, but unfortunately many brands have a very strong smell. I know it is a natural smell of glutathione, but it is so much more pleasant to take these pills and not hold my breath! As far as effectiveness, I have been taking it for several months, and have not had the usual two colds I get each winter. Also, have a lot fewer “bluh” days than usual. So, I plan on taking it all the time with other multivitamins

The first bottle I used was fine. I would have given it 5 stars. The capsules were a little large, but manageable. When I finished the first bottle, I reordered. When the new bottle came, I opened it, and a horrible smell came out. I took a capsule (not too bright, I know) and it didn't seem to harm me in any way. Over the next few days I debated with myself over what to do. Finally, thinking the potency might be compromised, I sent it back and asked for a refund. I will order another brand.

S-Acetyl Glutathione is the only new supplement in my regimen, and seems to be causing headaches and teeth clenching tension every morning after I take it. I should note that I have an atypical brain, aspergers autism, so I may react differently than most people. The upside is that my reaction tells me that this form of glutathione is effectively absorbed. Going to discontinue and try again later.update: continued to use this supplement, have seemed to adjust to it, or maybe something else was causing headaches. I plan to continue using this supplement

Noticed zero benefits from this, even assuming the ability to pass the BBB. I have since switched to sublingual GSH via Setria and Source Naturals.

I just completed 1 bottle and I can see improvements in my skin as well as my hair. I have combined it with B-complex and I have been feeling focused and also I have been enjoying my sleep time without insomnia.

I was offered a $5 credit to write an honest review. I honestly am not sure if this product is helping me or not. I take a few things simultaneously, so I can't tell. However, I have done some research and newer studies show that S-Acetyl Glutathione is the same or better than liposomal Glutathione, so I'm thrilled about that because it is nearly impossible to stomach taking the liposomal kind. Terrible taste and gas :(. Glutathione is super important to detox your body!
