50 Cal BMG Bullet Lighter – Refillable Brass Casing Clipper Lighter, Adjustable Flame, for Men & Dads

Nice and heavy. Maybe a little old school and a little new school but I like it. The 50 caliber shell is what you are paying for but worth it. Old school feel starting to patina well with a modern lighter inner that is easy to replace the flint in, fill, and it hasn't failed me. Also, I use this for pipes and the lighter has no issue lighting my pipes in the upside down position.

Perfect fit. Nice and thick, but not too heavy. I love the look and feel. Very well crafted with no sharp spots or burrs. My .50 shell came from palmetto state armory. So cool.

It's a clipper lighter in a .50 BMG brass case, which is really cool. It's one of the high-end metal clipper lighters, I've had good luck with the cheaper plastic version so I expect this to work for a long time. Even if the lighter fails, I can just pull this one out and drop a new one into the brass case. I've always felt clipper lighters were just a little too short for my hand so the brass case adds a little extra length and it's perfect. I was a little hesitant about buying because some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I bought one because I can't find any flaw with it. I absolutely love it! Great novelty lighter. The 50 bmg brass is cut to perfectly accommodate the metal clipper lighter. It is held in place via pressure fit. Definitely paying for brass here. The brass case is already pretty well worn with a pretty good ding in the side of it, however, if this was a piece of genuine linked ammunition, I would expect nothing less. It has a fantastic weight to it and stands upright with good stability. Would be 5 stars, but my first package was lost, however a replacement was sent free of charge. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but for the gun/lighter enthusiast, I would say it is worth it. This would also make a great gift.

Absolutely fantastic. I love the durability and the weight of it, It’s very strong very nice and I’m definitely buying another one 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.!!!!!!!!!

The 'case' is the main reason I bought this, and I'm super happy. It looks great, it's heavy with a low center of gravity, and the shell casing doesn't attract fingerprints. The case also prevents casual misuse of the flame adjustment, and encourages you to stand it vertically. Much harder to lose it, or forget that it's in a hand or pocket! If the lighter on the inside ever fails permanently, I can just buy a new Clipper and slot it in. Major plus! -0.5 (but not really) stars come from cosmetic stuff: the loose dirt/soot/residue on the inside of the shell casing, and the (small) scratches it leaves on the included lighter. Still worth it.

It's a gold Clipper lighter with a matching 50 Cal case. It even came with the gold standard Clipper box. Refillable, which is good because I'm not gonna put a regular ol plastic Clipper lighter in the 50 Cal casing even though I could. The inside of the casing will scuff the finish of the gold lighter with repeated removal but it's no problem.. if I cared I wouldn't cover the lighter in the first place. Perfect weight! Nice to hold in the hand. Mine delivered in 2 days even though they quoted me 5-7 days.
