Ordered ten of these as business gifts. The pen lid has a smooth area that's perfect for engraving and personalisation.Curiously, I ordered ten black pens, but the order only contained 9 black pens, and 1 gold pen.

I didn’t need this pen but I liked its style. It’s very comfortable and balanced in the hand but you need to get used to the gel ink flow which is slightly different to an average rollerball.

Received this as a gift from my mother, how fortunate for me. I'm a guy who loves branded writing instruments. I've owned plenty of Parker Pens and a few Cross pens also. Nothing comes close to this pen. The feel, the texture of the body, and even the smooth writing and slight click during the writing of words, it all just comes together to create a truly luxury pen for a good price. Highly recommended

No quality control as they delivered an empty box, no pen (item) inside. The sticker-label across the box edge was torn. I have immediately complained and of course demanded a refund. Extremely disappointed as I have recently ordered several Cross Pens and had no issues, but to be sent an empty box is ridiculous.

THIS ITEM NEVER ARRIVED DESPITE THE SENDER SAYING THAT IT HAD. LOTS OF PENS ON AMAZON AVOID THIS COMPANY

A beautiful pen, although much lighter than expected. Definitely the quality expected from Cross.

Comme d'habitude chez Cross, on a affaire à un produit bien fini avec un design recherché, et des composants de haute qualité.Etant amateur de stylos, on peut dire que Cross est sur le podium mondial du rapport qualité/prix : quand je vois les daubes de chez Montblanc que j'ai pu acheter plus jeune, je peux affirmer que Cross est d'une qualité supérieure.Contrairement à Montblanc (certes très jolies et prestigieux), les capuchons ne se fendent pas au bout de quelques mois/années, ils ne se mettent pas à fuir au niveau des cartouches.J'avais acheté mon premier roller Cross par hasard il y a 15 ans, et il est toujours en parfait état alors que les 2 Montblanc sont hs et dans un tiroir. Cross roller acheté 50, Montblanc acheté 300... c'est là que on peut se dire que la marque fait payer son pseudo prestige mais absolument pas la qualité, surfaite.Dans les stylos de marque, privilégiez-en 4 : Cross, Parker, Faber-Castell et Watermann, le reste est surfait et ne vaut pas le prix payé. Dans les 4 marques citées ci-dessous, on trouve de bons rapports qualité/prix.

I don't know how long the cartridges will last but the pen is comfortable to hold, looks beautiful and writes very smoothly. I am totally satisfied.
